A high-altitude restaurant with a warm, homey atmosphere. Typical Tuscan cuisine with tasty, generous dishes. We ordered a trio of first courses to sample the main courses. Fast service, reasonable prices.

A truly positive experience. We arrived at 9:30 AM and had breakfast with their homemade cakes, including warm apples and pears. They were truly delicious. Afterwards, we took a walk to the Pratomagno cross. When we returned, we chose one of their menus. We were truly happy with the food they served us. We also had a small dog with us, and they welcomed him like a human. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Da Giocondo deserves a high rating. We will definitely be back.

A pleasant winter stroll with a stop for lunch at the Chalet. We indulged in the trio of starters, requesting a vegetarian option: not only did they accommodate our request, but they also served us four tastings, each one better than the last! We finished on a high note with two excellent desserts. The location is truly beautiful; I highly recommend it.

Beautiful location in Pratomagno and a nice, large space. The bruschetta we ordered was good while we waited for the mixed grill. The mixed grill was disappointing: the steak and sausage weren't very good, but the chicken and pork chops were good. The polenta and fried mushrooms were good. Good value for money.

Beautiful place both inside and out, in summer or winter (with a lit fireplace), close to many walks and also suitable for families and those with dogs like me. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

12/06/2026: Good food, good service and good value for money!
07/06/2026: I only had breakfast, but at the same time, I was both curious and satisfied by only visiting part of this shop, as I'd been walking past it for too long without stopping. Well, from the little I saw, I was pleased with the service, the clean and inviting atmosphere, and the relaxing location with plenty of parking and shaded by tall trees. I'll probably return to try the gelato.

05/10/2025: The place is neglected, with damaged walls and tables and chairs that could use replacing. The atmosphere is subpar. The menu is poor, both in terms of variety and type of food. The only difference is that truffles are added to standard dishes. Overall, the service was decent, and the staff were courteous and polite.
09/09/2025: Absolutely delicious food! Small-scale setting and friendly staff. The tartare is amazing and definitely a reason to eat here. In a word: highly recommended!
