08/09/2025: Lunch in the center of Arezzo on a very busy Sunday, both for the Saracen Joust and the antiques fair. Despite the crowds, this osteria served delicious food, and the staff were very courteous and professional. Thank you so much and best of luck for the future! 💪🏻

08/09/2025: The food was nothing special (spaghetti with garlic DOP that tasted almost entirely of tomato, stuffed calamari that was very salty and hard to cut), the service was chaotic and disorganized, the dishes arrived completely out of alignment; I had almost finished my plate when my wife's arrived. The place was very noisy, in short, an experience not to be repeated. - Added after the owner's response - I understand that a negative review can be annoying, but unfortunately for you, my judgment has always been objective; just look at my other reviews. When you completely miscalculate the timing of an order and the food isn't up to par, you can't hide behind the excuse "we're an osteria." Regarding the question of empathy, I'll let the reader judge, but I certainly didn't find any; just look at your last sentence...

01/08/2025: I always go to this pizzeria, which is very dear to me, for excellent food accompanied by friends and family. Unfortunately, last night I had to change my mind. I ordered, as usual, the focaccia special one, immediately noticing that, when it arrived, the center was completely burned while the outside of the pizza was completely raw. Being so hungry, I ate it anyway, hoping it was just an illusion. I didn't even have time to get to the coffee shop before I had to go to the bathroom to vomit up the awful pizza I'd been served (I won't go into details, as it's not a gram of dmax). A word of advice: if the pizza is cooked poorly, don't serve it to the customer, but rather remake it from scratch to serve a proper pizza. A terrible experience, it will be a while before I return, reluctantly.

28/08/2025: The worst carbonara we've ever had was simply pasta with scrambled eggs. All the dishes were bland, completely unseasoned, and tasteless. Only the pizza was good, the only dish worth recommending. The service was very average; I wouldn't recommend it.

11/07/2025: June 26, 8:35 PM, door closed, and people inside chatting. No one's stopping you from closing at 8:00 PM, but change the time on the door. Back a second time for gelato. Average gelato, friendly service, but they could be more attentive and clean the tables after customers leave.

19/09/2025: We stayed in Montecatini for a few days for a spa treatment. From the first evening, we found ourselves at the Cibus restaurant, where we immediately felt at ease. A wide-ranging menu, excellent cuisine, and impeccable table service thanks to the truly friendly and always available staff. We highly recommend it.

17/09/2025: The service was extremely disappointing. Both staff members we encountered were brash, dismissive, and came across as openly aggressive — a terrible fit for a customer-facing role. Hospitality requires warmth and professionalism, neither of which were shown. One waitress with short dark hair and another with long blonde hair made it clear they had no interest in being there, creating an unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience. Front of house staff should set the tone for a restaurant, but here they did the opposite. If this is how guests are treated, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Spaghetti carbonara was a complete disappointment – bland, dry, and thrown together with no care or flavour. It felt as though the ingredients were just tossed into a pan and served without thought. A dish this simple should shine, but here it was lifeless and poorly executed. I thought it was expensive for what we had.

15/09/2025: For a quick lunch... schiacciata all'olio, filled to order at the deli counter. Delicious and affordable. Very friendly and quick service. I recommend it.

15/11/2024: A risotto with prawns, leeks and porcini mushrooms worthy of the best restaurants... and yet I was only on my lunch break. Accurate service... they supplied me with hot flat bread even for the last forkful of risotto. Well done

16/09/2025: Upscale ambiance with an excellent menu. Mainly fish, of course, but there was also a burger 🍔. There was only a mixed salad. The Dolce menu, however, left some room for variation. The price was okay considering the 2.50 caperto. The service was friendly and attentive. I'd be happy to go back.

15/09/2025: Nice location, but we waited 30 minutes before our order was even taken. The food was good, but the staff was overwhelmed. Very chaotic, the manager spent a long time talking to regular customers, not bothering anyone else.

03/09/2025: I came to eat on Saturday, August 30th with my friends and I was disappointed with everything: the rooms, the location, and ESPECIALLY the service, due to a waiter with orange/red hair. To begin with, he came to take our orders with reddish eyes, and we could see he was quite dazed. Then he spilled the cheese, which I am HIGHLY allergic to. From then on, he continued to use a cocky tone, so my group and I decided to give up and finish our dinner as quickly as possible. All I can say is: FIRE HIM!!!!!!!!!
