30/10/2025: We returned after a year because the management had changed. We had a wonderful time, the atmosphere was lovely, the staff were kind and friendly (Angiolino and his wife are very nice), and we had a wonderful meal. The appetizers were good, the tagliatelle with truffle was excellent, the main courses were also good, the pizza was good, and the desserts were delicious. We'll definitely be back soon!

26/10/2025: Last night I went with my family to the Caravanserraglio restaurant... If you're looking for a place where good food meets a breathtaking view, this restaurant is the perfect choice. The wood-fired pizzas have that aroma and crispiness that are rare these days. The ingredients are fresh, the cooking impeccable, and every bite confirms the commitment to quality here. The traditional Tuscan first courses are a true tribute to regional cuisine: authentic flavors, generous portions, and meticulous attention to detail in selecting the finest ingredients. The platters are also excellent, full of local cured meats and cheeses, perfect for sharing over a nice glass of wine. And to finish on a high note, grandma's desserts: simple, authentic, and prepared with love. It's the kind of sweet treat that brings back memories of home. 07/10/2025: Scammed tourists. €8 for a cappuccino and a Coca-Cola, and then they made up things for the surcharge because the price list said less. Won't come back.

04/11/2025: This gelatos shop was recommended by the guard of the Medici chapel after we were done with our tour. We asked what we should try and she recommended the festival. My favorite was the coffee gelato and the cheesecake.

15/11/2025: I found Bella Napoli a truly disorganized place. I had booked for 8:30, but immediately found there were no tables inside, so my family and I went to the place outside. It was shabby, cold, and poorly maintained. The service was poor; the waiter often forgot our orders. Well, we tried the food and pizza, which were just awful, overcooked, and served so late that we thought about leaving. On top of that, an illegal street vendor showed up at the restaurant and tried to sell us stuff (like the ones on the beaches with umbrellas). I don't recommend it; in fact, find a much better place.

31/10/2025: I went to eat with two of my friends, the place itself was nice, the staff were very friendly, the wait was definitely too long, we waited half an hour after our order was taken, the pizza was average, few ingredients on top and the onion was not caramelized as indicated on the menu, the blueberry cheesecake was also average, prices appropriate for the location.

28/10/2025: During our Italian vacation, this pizzeria was recommended to us. The pizzas were delicious. The Pizza Vegetariana was especially wonderful. The highlight for the children was the Pane Arabo with Nutella. The modern atmosphere and very friendly service made our evening perfect. Grazie

25/10/2025: It's a takeaway. The burgers are very good, the fries are good. The food is reasonably priced. The waiter is very friendly.

01/06/2025: Très bonnes pâtes à l'intérieur du marché, beaucoup de choix de pâtes ou de sauce. L'équipe est très bien organisée, il se passe 10 minutes entre la commande et la réception des plats. Coup de coeur pour les ravioles aux truffes sauce huile et parmesan. Point négatif : on mange debout

26/05/2025: Pedí un ravioli de setas de trufa y encontré un GUSANO en él. Se lo devolví al cajero que confirmó que era un gusano. Dijo que lo siento, pero era normal porque el plato tenía hongos. No me ofreció darme otra cosa ni devolverme mi dinero. Nunca he encontrado un gusano en ningún plato de setas que haya tenido en Italia o en cualquier otro país en el que haya estado. Estoy horrorizado. Hazte un favor y vete a otro sitio a por pasta. Por el precio, podrías ir a cualquier otro lugar para obtener mejor pasta sin encontrar un insecto en tu comida.

29/07/2025: The restaurant is located on the terrace of a 5-star hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view isn't great because the hotel is in a less than ideal location. The interior is very well-kept, with a lovely pool on the terrace, but for what we ate, it's decidedly expensive. I understand it's a 5-star hotel, but given its location and the dishes served, it's not worth the price.
