08/11/2025: Bad food, I ordered pici with porcini mushrooms. The pasta arrived with rosemary and olive oil, and the pappardelle with ragù was a mix of minced meat and wild boar. Who asked for wild boar? I didn't. The waiters were truly unprofessional, they seemed in a hurry to get home. They took us to our booked table, and there were crumbs on the tablecloth and even on the pages of the menu. Well, the place leaves a lot to be desired. We also spent €36 per person.

01/07/2025: As a pilgrim on the Via Francigena, I spent two unforgettable days here. An incredible welcome. Because of the heat, I left Massa very early and arrived around 9 a.m. I was able to have breakfast instead of the one I didn't have on the day of departure. Afterwards, I was able to enjoy my room with a breathtaking view and the magnificent pool for two days. The breakfast buffet and the meals are excellent, and Madame takes great care of her guests. I can only recommend this place where the customer is still king.

The pasta is a bit spicy, but for Korean palates, it's a little too spicy. Unlike other pastas, it's not overly spicy or greasy! And the panna cotta dessert is rich and filling! Be sure to order fruit! It's absolutely delicious! 2. Price First of all, the prices are absolutely fantastic!! Delicious food can be expensive, but this place is half the price. A bar, café, grocery store, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, and household items... Carla is all this and more, as it transforms into a highly popular restaurant with table service at lunchtime. A wide variety of dishes are available, available à la carte or with extremely affordable set menus that never disappoint, both for their authentic flavor and generous portions. From seafood to land, you'll find it all here: lasagna, pasta, rice, seafood, salads, cured meats, and much more. The chaotic yet cheerful atmosphere makes it irresistible and a little anxious, especially on weekends, when reservations are recommended. It's a shame it's not open for dinner, as it closes at 7 p.m., unfortunately leaving room for the adjacent tourist-ripping eateries... A true institution! Very good.
