We returned with great pleasure to Osteria Il Bivio after a first visit that had won us over. And this time too the experience was superb. Welcoming atmosphere with very original mise en place and a cuisine that confirms its excellence.
The carefully selected cold cuts and cheeses are a perfect start, but the real star is always her: the tartare. Sliced and beaten on the spot directly at the table by very skilled hands, with very soft and tasty meat, enhanced by ingredients chosen with balance and mastery.
The sautéed vegetables, reinterpreted in an original way by the chef, and the crispy baked potatoes are side dishes that deserve a standing ovation. All accompanied by a wine selected from their cellar, truly interesting and well-stocked.
A true gourmet experience, in a place that combines taste, quality and passion. Absolutely recommended!

We chose this place based on Google and reviews.
The location deserves 5 stars because the style of the internal environment is really well-kept and beautiful.
What didn't convince me so much, to be honest, were the prices, a problem that I encounter very often nowadays in the various "Trattorias" and "taverns" that call themselves such but which, in truth, turn out to be restaurants (often gourmet) that have little to do with the spirit of real trattorias and taverns.
As a customer, I would expect much more rustic places, with 0 km products and at popular prices.
I understand that you pay for quality nowadays however, well, the final bill was very high (more than 40 euros per person) despite having taken a platter, two second courses with a side dish and a bottle of wine.
The initial welcome with prosecco and a small taste of the cuisine was much appreciated.

Ristorante conosciuto da una pubblicità vista sui social, in cui ci ha attratto questa particolare rosticciana di vitella. Abbiamo scoperto che il menu offre molte proposte e molto saporite, oltre che realizzate con materie prime di qualità. Dagli antipasti ai primi, ai secondi e ai dessert siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutto! La rosticciana di vitella è una delizia per il palato, tenerissima e squisita!
In più da sottolineare un servizio efficiente ed estremamente gentile.
Ci torneremo!!
