Every time I pass through Montecatini, I have to stop at this wonderful restaurant. Friendliness, excellent service, and quality local produce are the order of the day... Recommended for those seeking refinement and excellent dishes at the right price.

We were here twice, while staying at Borgo della Limonaia (up the Hill), which maybe says enough already about the food and service at Il Bivio. The food is lovingly prepared and very delicious. The servers were very attentive both nights and took special care to make sure our children were having a good time as well. We can only recommend this place :)

Not being local, we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The food was delicious, the appetizers featuring truly exceptional local produce, and the Florentine steak was incredible. The staff were kind and very friendly, not to mention Camilla, the waiter, who was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend this place; you'll have a wonderful time.

Gregoria is a very professional waitress. Her service is so wonderful. The food is delicious, the beef tarter is fresh, the Florentine steak is great and the Tiramisu is the best.

We're from Lazio and wanted to try the typical Florentine steak. We found ourselves in a wonderful place, a little surreal! The girls serving us were very polite and very nice... the meat? EXCELLENT. We'll definitely be back ❤️

31/03/2026: Had Easter lunch. Nice place, so crowded we couldn't move our chairs, the food was average (and overpriced), but the service unfortunately left much to be desired: we had to ask for the main courses because, 50 minutes after the first courses, they still hadn't been delivered, and they completely skipped the side dishes. On busy days, they should hire more staff because, despite their good intentions, they couldn't keep up with everyone.
30/03/2026: The food was truly top-notch. We had some excellent fish dishes with generous portions. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
