We thoroughly enjoyed dining here several times during our stay at the adjacent Casanova Family Apartments. The food was very good, the service always friendly and prompt, and the view from the terrace is stunning. The value for money is also good. Highly recommended. We enjoyed ourselves.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The view from the terrace was amazing and they were so welcoming to us including our young child who they had a high chair for. Service was helpful and friendly and they catered well to gluten free with gluten free bread and pasta. Would recommend! Wild Boar Ragu was delicious as was the nice chilled classic of Brunello which was their house pick.

The staff's friendliness captivated us from day one, which is why we had lunch here every day of our vacation. 😍 And we didn't regret it! We tried different things every day. We loved the bruschetta, spaghetti bolognese, and all the meat dishes were incredible.
Not to mention having the privilege of always having lunch with a wonderful view that brings a calmness that no other place offers.

Exceptional in every way. The view is unbelievable, the service so sweet and personable, and the food, my favourite in our two week trip in Tuscany.
Seeing negative reviews of this restaurant is utterly confusing to me, this was a truly exceptional experience in every way. We will absolutely be back.

This was definitely one of the best restaurants I visited during my trip to Italy. The atmosphere is amazing in the evenings, and the beautiful view makes dinner a truly unique experience.
The menu is extensive, ensuring there's something for everyone. The pinsa I ordered was delicious—one of the best I've ever had. The ingredients were fresh, and everything was perfectly prepared.
The service also deserves special mention. Professional, courteous, and very efficient, allowing me to fully enjoy the meal and the atmosphere.
This is a restaurant I would happily return to again. I highly recommend it!

Overall, a decent experience at Taverna del Barbarossa. The dishes were good and well-prepared, though I personally wouldn't call them five-star.
The service, however, could definitely be more attentive. We understand it was late and the staff was probably tired after a long evening, but a few details make a difference: when we arrived, we found the ashtray still full on the table, left by previous guests, and it was only removed after we pointed it out.
Nothing particularly serious, but with more attention to service and the small details, the experience could definitely be elevated.
