Beautiful place where you can eat an excellent piadina in the company of friends, family or alternatively for a business lunch. Very clean and welcoming environment, kind staff, helpful and quick with orders, the piadina I consumed and the "surprise" is a piadina that I absolutely recommend to everyone, it was really special I liked it very much especially if made with quality products and a ' artisanal dough. Congratulations 5 stars

Ho apprezzato moltissimo scelte vegetariane e ancora di più quella vegana nel menù. Bravissimi. Quando torno spero di trovarne più di una magari con formaggio vegano all interno e qualcos'altro di sfizioso a renderle indimenticabili.L impasto molto buono e genuino come sempre io avevo l integrale. Ottime anche le patatine fritte!

La piadineria Giangusto la consiglio vivamente. Piadine di alto livello anche per palati sopraffini. Normali e gourmet. La pasta della piadina fina è croccante, gustosa e vogliosa. Il boss del locale un tipo simpatico e amichevole, ti fa sentire subito come a casa. Tutto il personale gentile e affabile. Insomma, provare per credere. Consigliatissima la pasta ai 4 cereali, leggerissima e gustosa. Infine, volete il dessert? Piadina alla Nutella! Una delizia! Consigliate anche le birre artigianali!

30/03/2024: We were looking for a cozy restaurant with good food, then we came across this restaurant. This restaurant is located in an old prison which makes it more special, despite this there was a cozy atmosphere and it was very quiet. I had the “Spaghetti alla carbonara” and my friends had a pizza (romana), both of which were delicious. When you think it can't get any better, the service was very good (fast) and the waiters were very nice. The crême de la crême was the price quality, very good food for a decent price! RECOMMENDED!
01/03/2024: The experience of being in prison is not as well decorated as I imagined. Place with a lot of local Italians and few tourists. Price equal to tourist location. It's on Google that it closes at 11:30 pm, but I went to order food at 10:45 pm and they said it closed at 11 pm and that the kitchen was closed, after insisting they gave me a pizza.
