The food at the trattoria is delicious. We ate there twice. The lunch special was reasonably priced and very tasty. The children enjoyed it too. We'll be back.

A wonderful welcome! Authentic carbonara, and for my partner, the spaghetti pesto! Italian spaghetti like nowhere else in Pisa! The Prosecco is top quality! And served very chilled in proper wine glasses! And the owner speaks French. An establishment that's been open for 40 years: a true classic!

30/08/2025: After a day at the beach in Vecchiano, here's a pizzeria that knows how to make pizza and makes it good!!! Simple place, friendly staff! Great price! Yay!

Gastronomia da Salva

22/10/2025: Good food, unique dishes. Fresh air, just steps from the sea. Very friendly owner. Lots of cats (from a nearby cat colony) that keep you company without disturbing you. I stopped in October. I have no idea what the situation is like in the summer.
12/10/2025: Very familiar atmosphere, but with excellent food quality and efficient service.
