14/08/2025: The interior and exterior are beautiful. It's best to book in advance. Thin-crust pizzas, plenty of choice. We even had the one with Nutelle and mascarpone to finish. The staff is very kind and helpful.

12/08/2025: A very nice pizzeria with a truly large selection of pizzas and more, a great location with a beautiful view, and absolutely reasonable prices. You should definitely make a reservation – the pizzeria is very popular. We'd love to come back.

06/09/2025: Super unfriendly staff. I celebrated my birthday and they gave us a hard time delivering the cake. They also told us that cutting the cake would require an extra charge. We gave it another chance, and the staff was still the same, with a lack of enthusiasm for work. The food was average. I won't be back.

18/08/2025: I was fortunate enough to discover this place, nothing short of heavenly. A breathtaking location. A unique view. Mesmerizing. The complex is truly beautiful. Wherever you are, you feel at ease. Even in the reception. The attention to detail is truly extraordinary, both in the materials of each structure, including the pool, and in the spaces, both indoors and out. Every corner is beautiful. Especially because you enjoy a view that I would call disarming, because you can't help but surrender to what you see. Near and far. A wonderful peace, a truly natural silence. And every person you meet confirms that here you can be relaxed yet excited by what you see. And then, of course, also by what you can taste. The standards are extremely high. Not just the best wine in the world, but also the food. I had such a great time that I can't wait to return. A special mention goes to the Staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, at every level. I absolutely recommend the Wine Tasting experience. Unforgettable. Not only for what you can learn, but also for the view of the most beautiful and organized cellar I've ever seen. So, everything and everyone was excellent at the highest level. Well done, very well done. A+++!!!

05/08/2025: We stayed at the relais and also enjoyed their restaurant one evening. Each dish was carefully crafted and well-balanced. The egg tagliatella with black truffle is worth a mention; it was incredibly fragrant (it tasted like white truffle). The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about both the wines and the food. We drank a glass of their 2019 Montalcino Rosso (Mastrojanni). Obviously, the prices are those of a relais, so they're definitely not cheap.

13/09/2025: Too many customers for the number of seats. They can't manage orders properly. The pizzas are too thin. There's a crazy line to pay and get out. (There were about twenty of us for a pizza tour on a Saturday night.)

29/08/2025: Friendly staff help customers find the best table seating and accurately describe the food offerings, which are concentrated in the pizza+linda section, with top-quality, delicious dishes. The taste is completely satisfying, impossible to describe in words. Just tasting a special pinsa is an experience. If there's any work to be done, it's only on the ambiance, without losing the slight chaos that gives the place its spontaneous and distinctive character.

18/05/2025: Bellissima sorpresa trovare del personale estremamente empatico, ormai quasi una rarità, cucina di ottimo livello con cibi, in gran parte, autoprodotti. Un oasi di serenità e qualità. Da vecchio sommelier, apprezzato molto il vino, autoprodotto, con Vitigni Cabernet e Cannaiolo, ben vinificato con un buona sapidità e corpo decisamente robusto. Esperienza molto positiva, consigliabilissimo.

The air, still fresh and clean from the morning, carries with it the scent of cypress trees, silent sentinels of this corner of paradise. From your bed, you see the golden sunlight filtering through the window, illuminating the ancient exposed beams, while birdsong drifts from the garden. The panorama that opens before your eyes is a hymn to beauty: the rolling Maremma hills embrace one another in an endless embrace of green, and to the west, on the horizon, like a promise, the thin blue line of the sea appears. Breakfast is an experience in itself. Homemade cakes, fresh fruit jams, local cheeses and cured meats, a triumph of flavors that makes you forget the winding road to get here. It's an authentic taste of this land, a way to immediately feel a part of it. After cooling off in the pool, admiring the breathtaking view and sipping a refreshing drink, you decide to explore the surroundings, losing yourself in the scent of pine trees and wild plants. ​A few kilometers away lies Baccinello, a small village hiding an extraordinary secret. Local history tells that, a few months after the mine closed, two miners made a discovery that changed the history of paleontology. About 200 meters underground, they uncovered a complete fossil skeleton, that of a hominid that lived 8.5 million years ago: the Oreopithecus. Affectionately nicknamed "Sandrone," this fossil brought Baccinello to international prominence and finally made the dream of Swiss paleontologist Johannes Hürzeler come true. ​Walking through this land, you almost sense Sandrone's presence, imagining that he too admired the same hills and breathed in the same scents.
