31/10/2025: We've been to many restaurants of this type, often and in different regions, but very few have eaten as well as here! The food is high quality, authentic ramen that's enough for two, and the staff is very kind and attentive. Highly recommended.

11/10/2025: Every now and then I try new all-you-can-eat restaurants in the Lucca area and surrounding areas, but nothing. After a good 10 years, I keep coming back. Some people complain about the lack of choice, perhaps that's true, but honestly, even at other AYCE restaurants that have maybe 5-10 more dishes, I always end up ordering the same things, so I don't feel like there's any "poverty" in the menu variety. What I do notice is the excellent quality, the dishes are just right (unlike other restaurants that bring you mini portions and then have to wait 30 minutes for the second round). Again, the quality of the ingredients is unbeatable for me. Both at lunch and dinner.

07/08/2025: We can only agree with the other positive reviews; we had a wonderful evening with delicious food, a wonderful ambiance, and very friendly service. The view of the surrounding countryside is breathtakingly beautiful. A dog and cats snuck around our feet, but that didn't bother us; the kids were delighted. There was no menu, nor any Coke or beer. Only water and house wine, red and white, were served, just homemade products, as was the delicious menu. We were thrilled and will be back next year. 09/06/2025: Wow — what a wonderful surprise tucked away in a hotel lobby in Florence! We stumbled upon this hidden gem on our last night, and we’re only sorry we didn’t find it sooner. The homemade dishes were absolutely spectacular — rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with love. The husband-and-wife duo running the show were outstanding. He’s the chef, working his magic in the kitchen, while she brings warmth and charm to the front of house. The whole experience felt personal and authentic, like being welcomed into someone’s home for a special meal. If you’re in Florence, don’t miss this place — it’s a true hidden treasure.

15/10/2025: The place is well located: close enough to Florence, but also deeper into Tuscany, giving it a peaceful and pleasant setting. The room, while comfortable, was small and lacked a bit of that homey touch, and the bathroom was awkward. We had a slight misunderstanding with our reservation at the nearby restaurant, not because of the restaurant, where they were always friendly and helpful, but because the manager offered to make the reservation and apparently forgot. When we arrived, we didn't have a reservation for the agreed-upon time, but fortunately, we were able to resolve it thanks to the excellent service of the restaurant staff. The next day, we enjoyed the breakfast included with our stay at the same restaurant, and it was truly exquisite: varied and homemade. The meal the night before was also delicious. In short, the accommodation wasn't bad, but personally, I don't know if I would return. I think it's more of a stopover spot or ideal for those traveling in the summer who want to make the most of the pool and outdoor areas. What I do highlight is that being so close to this restaurant, you can easily enjoy its good food and service, which was one of the great advantages of the stay…

30/09/2025: Family lunch on Sunday. There were 14 of us, and everyone was able to choose different dishes from the menu, all of which were delicious. Despite the variety of dishes, the service was excellent; it's not easy to serve 14 people with different dishes at the same time. Well done!

31/08/2025: Terrible. Avoid celiacs. They say on the phone that they have products for celiacs, and when you walk in the door, a big sign awaits you stating that there's a risk of contamination for celiacs. And that's exactly what happened; I ended up with a nasty mouth ulcer. Also, my husband ordered a pizza with burrata, and shortly afterward he had bouts of diarrhea. A very negative experience.

30/09/2025: The pizza was delicious, and the fish dishes were also of excellent quality. The service was fantastic, and Betta was very professional and friendly. We will definitely be back.

16/09/2025: Located in a not particularly nice area of ​​Grosseto, but with the possibility of free parking near the restaurant, very convenient if you have children, very friendly service and good and plentiful food, medium-low price (in my experience), simple but tasty mixed vegetable/fish appetizer, very good and tasty pizzas just the way we like them and a seafood first course that was good but not finished because it was plentiful, we ate outside and were lucky enough to find a cool evening and not too crowded, takeaway pizzas are available to order and freshly made, definitely worth trying for a quiet evening and enjoying a good dinner at the right price, which is very important for a family.
