Finally an innovative venue in Livorno! I tasted dry-aged fish for the first time and I must say that it was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent wine list, welcoming and quiet place. A round of applause to the staff and the chef, all young, who give the place a touch of freshness and enthusiasm. Refined and excellent quality food. Super recommended!

I must say that we ate very well, very particular foods with excellent flavour... a limited menu... few desserts and it's not clear what they are like... the waitress should explain them and entice the customer...

Ristorante, molto particolare, sia come ambiente, e nel menù, dove unisce il gourmet, a sapori particolari ed ad abbinamenti di spezie e verdure molto particolari. Il tutto sapientemente e con maestria. Che sia un primo o il secondo, pesce che carne. All'ingresso ti accoglievano due dentici pescati da sfilettare favolosi . Servizio professionale e cortese, ottima la polpettina offerta in attesa. Ampia scelta di vini di classe. Dolci buoni particolari, uno con un nome che non si può scrivere fatto con i cachi ,buonissimo . Esperienza da ripetere.

Posto favoloso. Ambiente semplice ma ricercato, accogliente. Personale gentilissimo. Pietanze squisite e tutte per niente scontate. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità offerta. Sicuramente da provare.
