Hidden gem... Everything is prepared by students studying cooking. We came for breakfast. I assure you it is the best we have tasted in Florence. These guys know how to cook because it seems much better than other central pastry shops... We took apple pie, milfeuil and 2 Panini and not a crumb was left... My congratulations. Higly recommended & value 4 money

It’s a hidden quiet oasis in the middle of hustle and bustle of Florence busiest area. They have a green beautiful courtyard, where you can hide from crowd and noise of city.

All of the staff is incredibly sweet except the blonde girl who works at the counter and as a waitress. I come here almost everyday and she is incredibly rude, snobbish, snappy and rushes every order. Ive seen her be corrected by the other staff members and she simply just talks back. This is not a good look for the cafe.

12/05/2026: Excellent service, quality, and prices. 100% Italian experience.
08/05/2026: I had to wait for a train connection and needed lunch. I thought this place was very nice from the outside, but when I walked in I felt comfortable. I had two sandwiches and a Coke. The service was excellent, the food was good, and the staff were courteous and friendly. If you're in the area, come in. And if you're an MJ fan, you've come to the right place. Try it and believe it. Congratulations.

10/05/2026: Visited twice during our trip. Lovely staff, excellent service and beautiful food. The tuna tartare was delightful as was the wild boar pasta.
