Ristorante Opera In Firenze

As a frequent traveller I rarely eat in a restaurant in a hotel but I am glad I made an exception for opera 23. We had the steak tartare and florentine steak and both were faultless. The florentine steak would be in the top 5 steaks I have ever enjoyed across various countries where beef is the pride and joy including Chile, Argentina and Australia. To top everything off the service was first class, personal and friendly, we felt like we were at home. Fantastic.

The food is good, but I ordered garlic pasta and they served me tomato pasta, I didn’t taste garlic at all. It was good but I wanted to taste the garlic. The waiter is very very nice, kind and professional!

An intimate and well-maintained place, the food is out of this world (we tried the chicken, pork tenderloin, pappardelle with scampi, garlic pici, and two appetizers). It's one of those places where you can find tradition with excellent quality. The service is attentive and welcoming. Highly recommended.

A must for dinner when in Florence. I have to say after spending a week in Florence and eating at a different restaurant, Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I can honestly say. This was the restaurant with the best florentine steak, vegetables, eggplant that I had. If you're spending time in Florence Have dinner here first. Clean, family owned, delicious food impeccable service. Reasonably priced.
