23/08/2025: A must-see when I visit Siena (and I do often). A typical Sienese osteria, the restaurant exudes the Palio spirit from every corner. The owner is the son of the legendary Vittorino, a multiple winner of the Siena Palio. Typical cuisine with an eye for tradition and innovation. The menu is never boring and changes seasonally. Meticulously sourced ingredients, ranging from food to wine. Fast and friendly service, and prices commensurate with the quality served.

28/06/2025: The location is in the industrial area and the view is certainly not the best, but for this reason there is plenty of parking and there are no houses that a little noise can bother. The staff is friendly and easy-going. Very spacious with tables outside too. There is a wood-fired oven and the pizza is very good in my opinion.

05/09/2025: Last night we went for three takeout pizzas: a vegetarian, a Margherita, and a Napoli. The first two were double-crust, the third thin-crust. The Margherita was made of two layers of pizza that looked like they were stacked on top of each other; the base was falling off and it was raw. The vegetarian was also made of two layers of pizza, also raw in the center, and very heavy. The Napoli tasted like "pane carasau," not a normal pizza. We've tried it three times in a year; a bad night is possible, but the pizzas have always had this "pane carasau" quality. Over the years, about 25, we've always had pizza from this place, always having had a good experience, but under this management, we won't be ordering it again. We're sorry for the negative review, but it was necessary.

15/08/2025: The drinks are good, the prices are fair, but the service isn't the best. We ordered two alcoholic drinks and they didn't serve any appetizers to accompany them. Unacceptable.

06/08/2025: A very nice place just steps from the Grosseto walls. Delicious, light food with generous portions at a great price. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. Chinese, Japanese, and Thai options available.

19/07/2025: Truly the best in the Grosseto province in terms of flavor and quality. The staff is always excellent. We've eaten at many Chinese restaurants both in Italy and Europe, but I have to say that theirs is always the best Asian cuisine.

29/06/2025: Great for lunch. We came to eat here on a Sunday morning and luckily we found a table (since they have few). The appetizer was very varied and plentiful but what struck us the most were the first courses. Let's say they don't have a very varied summer menu and the dishes are quite heavy for this heat but they are really worth it. The pappardelle alla pecora and the spaghetti allo scoglio were truly incredible

07/09/2025: This place was recommended on the tour, so I visited on the same day, which was different from the plan! I ordered truffle carbonara and the truffle steak that was recommended because the veal I originally ordered was sold out on the day. Both were delicious, except for the fact that it was a bit salty for Korean palates, which is typical of Italian food! After I finished eating, they gave me a tiramisu cake for free, which I enjoyed. The AMMAR staff, who took good care of me throughout my meal, were also very friendly and helpful. It was expensive, but I think they give a lot of discounts if you make a reservation through the app!! I think it's worth a visit.
