Truly excellent pizza, just two minutes from the center of Pistoia. Always fresh, made with quality ingredients. All this in a clean environment, combined with the friendly owners, makes Il Girasole a go-to place for pizza by the slice and takeout. Highly recommended.

22/03/2026: Pizzoiolo, a very friendly place with excellent pizza, ideal for a quiet evening.
22/02/2026: This isn't our first time there. The pizza is good and plentiful, the appetizers of cold cuts and cheeses with focaccia are delicious, and the giardiniera is exceptional! The service is adequate. The staff is always helpful. We'll be back to try the meat too!
