20/09/2025: Both my husband and I ate the tastiest panini ever here, and we ate a lot in Tuscany but here they surpassed them all... People who love what they do... Second time in Volterra and happy to come back anytime for this taste 😍

14/09/2025: We met Alessandro on our way back from a hike up Monte Grosso. We entered his restaurant and he welcomed us with a glass of wine. We immediately connected with a French couple and another gentleman whose name I don't remember. He shared anecdotes with us as a native Elban, with a profound knowledge of the area, resulting in an unforgettable snack. We immediately booked dinner that evening. We had a delicious meal, excellent service, and a wonderful view. Thanks to Alessandro and all his staff.

16/10/2025: The place is nice, the wine is good, but the food isn't! Porcini mushrooms were badly fried, the breading falling off, soaked in oil, and pici with ragù sauce was like something out of a soup kitchen, and undercooked, I'd say crispy. I don't recommend it; if I'd been too careful, I'd have added more... and you know what I mean... I think sometimes it's better to keep quiet or respond more politely...

08/11/2025: While passing through Viareggio, we found this place very charming. The food is good quality, served with taste and elegance. The price is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and professional.

02/11/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at Buonamico was anything but positive. After lunch there, I realized I'd forgotten my sunglasses on the table. I immediately called and was told they'd been seen on the table, where I remembered leaving them, and to come by at a certain time to retrieve them. When I went to pick them up at the appointed time, however, I was told "nothing was found." I find it unacceptable that in such a short time, an item seen by the staff disappears into thin air, and that there was no responsibility or interest in clarifying the situation. It's a shame, because incidents like this completely undermine one's trust in a restaurant. I certainly won't be returning.

21/10/2025: Probably the best pizza I’ve had in Italy. Most pizza I’ve had has been bland but this one was very flavorful. We got Margherita and Pesto pizzas. The Margherita was much better, the pesto was too heavy. I recommend takeaway instead of dining in. They have a high cover charge which is annoying considering the waiter only came to our table twice-to take our order and bring the food-so not sure what kind of service I’m paying for. They also prepare the pizza a lot faster for takeaway.

25/10/2025: Discovered this restaurant by chance on a Saturday out of town. The staff were friendly and welcoming despite the inconvenient time (we arrived at 2:30 PM without a reservation). The food was excellent and the prices were very fair!

06/06/2025: We dropped in early one evening, obviously before the locals came so it would be hard to say what the atmosphere is like when busy. Despite our lack of Italian the staff were helpful and friendly, the food was quick to arrive and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Despite the lack of people inside they seemed quite busy with takeaway pizzas ! The menu certainly has plenty of choice so if your near Sansepolcro definitely drop in....oh and 2 pizzas were less than €20 !

03/11/2025: We made a verbal reservation the night before and they remember. We arrived at 8pm on a Sunday evening in November and sat in the back part that look more like the caves in the surroundings.. By 9pm every table was full. The servers had a great and very busy but efficient system. We shared aracinni. I had the cod in delicious broth and my husband had the pizza, which we said was amazing. We shared a bottle of local wine. All wonderful. Maybe a smile from a server or host would have been nice but we get that they were all very busy and my italian (i am practicing) was likely annoying. Lovely setting and very lively.

02/11/2025: We had a great time, excellent value for money. The fava bean arancini are highly recommended, truly delicious. Ettore (who served us) was super welcoming and gave us excellent advice.

26/10/2025: In the evening, there's a huge selection for dinner, and the food is truly excellent! The owners, Eva and Luciano, are fantastic! I highly recommend it!

10/09/2025: Beautiful place. The food is excellent, hot and fresh. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the table is beautifully set, and the service is excellent. We were surprised by how they served us with a smile and were very friendly. They rushed to the door, so you don't have to wait for a table. You can come without a reservation, and the wait for your food isn't long. We really enjoyed coming.

03/10/2025: The servers, Med and Toant, were very friendly. The Rome one was too salty, and the Florence one was too bland, but the seasoning was just right. After three days of eating only Florentine steak, I got bored and ordered the sirloin fillet, and it was the best experience I've ever had. For wine, just order the B.D.M. It's perfect. If you're hungry, just ask for a full menu and they'll give it to you.

14/09/2025: I have to start by saying, get the leek flan!!! This was one of the best dishes I’ve ever experienced and tasted. It was phenomenal and full of leeks, butter, truffle, and all the other goodness. The limoncello and aperol spritz were delicious. Service was attentive and friendly and they even ended our meal with a limoncello shot on the house. We sat outside on the patio for a table of 2 and it was situated amongst a street perfect for people watching. I ordered the ribollita soup & my partner and I split the steak with porcini mushrooms. Highly recommend!

14/07/2025: A slightly different way of eating, but definitely highly recommended. While looking for a good restaurant, we came across this one and drove there. If you don't mind eating next to a gas station, you should definitely go here. The restaurant's interior is very tasteful, and the food is excellent. We'll be back on our next trip to Tuscany!

09/11/2025: I attended a luncheon for a celebration; there were more than 50 of us. They reserved a separate room for us. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and smiling, ready to listen and try to make lunch as comfortable as possible. There was also a girl's birthday party on the same day and time in another room; they handled both parties very well. I left satisfied; the food was delicious, the place was clean, and the view from the hill was stunning. There's also parking for restaurant guests. Thank you all!

23/10/2025: And what can I say? A 5-star location, service, and food. Everything was fantastic. We ate at this wonderful place this evening, and as soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a very kind and smiling lady. As soon as we sat down, she brought us a welcome plate of cod meatballs and their bread. I don't know which was better. The meatballs were soft and delicious, and their bread was soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, just like the crunchiness of the meatballs. We ordered an appetizer for two, and they brought us their tomato soup, which to say "delicious" would be an insult. It was exquisite, with various cured meats and a truly good cheese, with a delicate, not overpowering flavor. Then we ordered a first course of gnocchi, MADE BY THEM, and I emphasize "they were soft and the flavor was truly delicate," and the octopus, oh, how can I say it, perfectly cooked and a perfect harmony of flavors. A truly welcoming place, and an excellent place to eat, with both quality and quantity. At the end of the dinner, they brought us dessert, a delicious tiramisu with just the right balance of flavors. Compliments, to be collected.

08/11/2025: Camping Cielo Verde is an exceptional place! We stayed there as a family and had a wonderful time: clean, surrounded by nature, and with tons of activities for kids. Guaranteed fun for both adults and kids! My daughter had a blast and didn't want to leave! Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation and a carefree stay in a welcoming and well-kept environment.

04/11/2025: Simply FANTASTIC in every way!!! We went for the SIA Great Danes Rally and took advantage of the opportunity to spend a few relaxing days... friendly staff, excellent location of the bungalow and very clean, free beach clean despite it being public, splendid sea... we will definitely be back!!

14/09/2025: The quality of the products was very high. We started with a nice sampling of the appetizers on the menu (vegetarian), and then enjoyed the delicious Florentine steak, which tasted like butter. The owner was able to recommend an excellent wine to accompany the meat. The prices were fair and in line with the quality served!
