02/10/2025: Very good pizza... very fine, just the way I like it!!!

20/09/2025: A good pizzeria that also hosts some musical events. The place is tiny but well-kept and welcoming in its own way, and above all, clean. The pizzas are delicious and easy to digest, with a light dough, and the chefs are willing to make them thinner or more crusty upon request. The waitresses are also very kind and hardworking. This evening I even left something there, and they were kind enough to call. I highly recommend it!

12/11/2025: Highly recommended restaurant. We arrived on a Saturday evening at 8:30 pm when everyone was already seated. They took our order within minutes, and in less than 15 minutes we had our appetizer. Congratulations! Being so efficient and quick with so many people shows great organization. The food was very high quality and very reasonably priced. We'll be back to try other dishes.

20/08/2025: I had dinner with a large family. The place was magnificent. We arrived 5 minutes before sunset and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service from the girls was excellent! The food was very good. I can't wait to go back! The restaurant is in the countryside, a very peaceful place to relax in nature.

The progression is coherent and well-paced, with portions that whet the appetite without tiring. The Florentine steak is the highlight of the dinner. The cut is generous, the grilling exemplary, the crust dry and caramelized, the center pink and juicy, the fibers relaxed after resting, the salt intelligently measured. It's a cooking method that respects tradition without stiffening it, resulting in a fragrant, long-lasting meat with a clean finish and a hint of grilled meat that remains polite and precise. The service is an added value. Punctual timing, discreet attention, genuine courtesy. The dining room operates at a pace, without overloading or leaving empty spaces, and maintains the same quality from welcome to farewell. It's a professionalism that doesn't raise its voice and, precisely for this reason, stands out. Wines: Antinori's Il Bruciato was a perfect choice. The modern profile of the Bolgheri blend—Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah from Tenuta Guado al Tasso—brings forth well-defined dark fruit, gentle spice, and supple tannins, with a texture that supports the meat without overpowering its flavor. If you come, don't miss the meatballs, the paccheri with Prato mortadella, and if you're lucky, you'll taste a dessert that won us over: fig cheesecake, a true delight! A perfect team, from the chefs to the staff. We'll definitely be back!

15/11/2025: A typical osteria, both in its ambience and menu. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, in perfect traditional style. The menu features exclusively fish dishes, but also offers several alternatives. The portions are adequate, and the dishes we sampled are tasty. The service is extremely friendly. The wine list is basic, but sufficient to find what you prefer.

08/11/2025: A lovely restaurant where my girlfriend and I had a delicious dinner of cacciucco and ravioli filled with swordfish and shrimp sauce. It was an explosion of flavors! Very friendly staff Highly recommended! See you next time!!

23/09/2025: I'm writing this review in response to a review I felt was unfair a few hours ago. I was present at Bar Spinetti when a German customer complained about an egg and how it was cooked, which he claimed was poorly cooked. I won't go into the merits of the dish, but I'd like to point out that the customer presented himself at the counter in a rather rude and unpleasant manner. Despite this, the bar staff reacted with extreme kindness and politeness, apologizing and offering to remake the dish without any problem. The customer refused, and they, with great fairness, waived the charge. For this reason, the single star awarded doesn't do it justice; in fact, it's truly unfair. Their behavior deserves at least 10 stars, both for the incident in question and for the attention and courtesy they always show their customers.

23/09/2025: [RECOMMENDATION] Unfortunately, I can't recommend this "breakfast place." A ⭐ rating is harsh, I admit, but it "corrects" the "4.8" ⭐ rating, which doesn't quite fit my opinion. [TOAST 🍞 THEATHER 😞] My avocado salmon toast with an egg was completely dry. The egg was completely overcooked. When I asked if I could have a little sauce like mayonnaise, they unfortunately couldn't offer it. They wanted to make me a new egg, which would be runny, so the bread wouldn't be dry and would be edible. They placed the new plate in front of me and immediately disappeared. Yes, the egg was now runny, so runny that the egg white was still transparent. I then returned the food and left my feedback. Unfortunately, they didn't want to address well-intentioned criticism. Which I find very unfortunate. Well-intentioned criticism is like a gold nugget that still needs to be polished to make it truly shine. Instead of acknowledging it, they respond with comments like, "I'm the first guest to complain about this, and I wanted it runny." I don't know how many people eat the egg whites while they're still transparent, and yes, I know you can eat raw eggs. Nevertheless, I find this behavior a bit unfortunate, and it doesn't really help if I don't have to pay for the plate. [PANCAKES 🥞] The pancakes were good, nothing to complain about. But in my opinion, that doesn't correspond to a 4.8 rating. [COFFEE ☕] The cappuccino was good. The cappuccino with caramel and the label "Sugar Free" was so extremely sweet that it was undrinkable. [CONCLUSION ⭐🏁] In my opinion, the Google rating isn't deserved here. I felt more like I was on an Italian highway or Italian street. Here, I missed the love of food that you find on almost every street corner in Italy, except, of course, for the odious "breakfast."

15/10/2025: The best I've tried so far. The space is large but cleverly divided to avoid clutter and create an intimate atmosphere. I found some of the dishes I tried to be excellent compared to other places. Everyone was friendly, and the service was fast. I'll be back as soon as I can!

02/11/2025: My girlfriend and I came down from our homeland, Friuli, and stopped here somewhat by chance... and thank goodness! We arrived late, but they welcomed us warmly, super kind and smiling. We had the Florentine steak (the bomb!) and I must say it was spectacular: tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Generous portions, top quality, and a more than fair price. We left feeling bursting but happy as children 🤣 If you're in Tuscany and you like meat, this is a must-see!

03/07/2025: I was extremely satisfied with having chosen to celebrate my birthday at Porfirio: two rooms reserved only for my guests, a rich buffet set up, two different first courses and savory crepes made on the spot... all accompanied by a wide choice of cocktails, from the most classic to the most particular and innovative! An even better experience thanks to the karaoke that kept us entertained all evening!! I was so satisfied with the experience that now for aperitifs and after-dinner drinks I only go to Porfirio where the two bartenders Luca and Tommaso always manage to amaze me with new and particular cocktails!

26/10/2025: A very nice and intimate place, the service is efficient with very kind and knowledgeable staff. The dishes, from fish to meat, are all delicious to my taste, with attention to every detail. Whatever you order, I never find anything to complain about. The wine cellar is exceptional.

21/09/2025: Dinner for two. We ate very well, and the waitress was very welcoming and kind. At the beginning of the meal, they asked us if we had any allergies, and the allergen-free substitutions they brought were truly excellent.

19/09/2025: La Posta del Poeta is a truly unique restaurant set in the beautiful countryside of Terranuova Bracciolini. With plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, it offers a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Run by a talented chef and true all-rounder, the food here is both creative and delicious, with excellent presentation and outstanding value for money. The design and décor, blending indoor and outdoor spaces, add to the charm. A real keeper and well worth the visit.
