13/09/2023: We thought it was a kind of Rooster, but if you go to the outside garden the environment is very nice. The explanation of the company and the origin of the products was perfect. The Meat.. we took a TBone, it wasn't bad, being used to paying even €8 per hectogram for meat, we expected excellence (being in Tuscany and from how the explanation was given to us), but perhaps we had too high expectations. We didn't like the appetizer. All in all, it wasn't bad..
