Pizzaeria Bistrot Villa Esperia In Palermo

12/04/2026: In the case of this restaurant, it's necessary to divide the reviews because the food is truly delicious. The pizza with eggplant, for example, was phenomenal, and even though the menu didn't include a mozzarella salad with a delicious sauce, we managed to order it. The service is a major drawback; unfortunately, it was difficult to communicate with the waitress, which was annoying. I would normally give it a 5 for the atmosphere and decor, but I gave it a 4 because it was a bit dirty. Overall, it's a restaurant with soul, phenomenal food, and great decor. If only it were cleaned up more, advertised more, and provided a more approachable waitress for tourists, I predict great success for this restaurant. Highly recommended, delicious food.

22/03/2026: The food was ok, nothing special, simple cooking. However, the owner seems to be not interested in attending to non-Italien speaking guests. We asked twice about our checks but she keep chatting with next table guests while ignoring us. Umm, very bizarre. Btw, there's always a standard charge of table service included.
