15/09/2025: Got to experience the lovely restaurant for 3 dinners and 2 lunches. Bread bowls were outstanding (remember to ask for the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We would also recommend the spaghetti bolognaise which is an off menu item, absolutely delicious. Will return on our next holiday to Trabia.

Thanks to Marco Larosa, last night my husband and I spent a wonderful evening in a very evocative location, with excellent dishes made with top-quality ingredients, expertly prepared by expert hands. You're wondering where? All this at the Naka Restaurant, drinks & sushi with Mediterranean cuisine, right at the foot of Her Majesty the Cathedral. You can dine both inside and outside: we opted for the outside. The place is truly refined, very elegant. The table setting is very minimal, but with very refined touches, from the lamp to the metal chopsticks. Not to mention the real gem that really makes a difference these days...the champagne served in its 1920s-style glass. Truly remarkable!! (Enough with champagne served in a Prosecco flute... here at Naka, class is not water 😉.) Let's get to the food: the menu is well-described, divided into two lists for sushi and Mediterranean dishes. We opted for sushi; I don't remember the names of the dishes, but with sea urchins, Mazzara red shrimp, truffle, tuna, salmon...seaweed, and the excellent rice, it was a true taste experience, and each piece was an explosion of distinct flavors that blended divinely. In short, Naka confirms itself as a top place to return to again and again with great pleasure and the certainty of not being disappointed. The wait staff is attentive, discreet, and present, but never intrusive. Marco Larosa is an excellent host, always smiling and kind, ready to satisfy every desire. The price is absolutely in line with what Naka offers. 18/09/2025: Fortunately, the quality of the food quickly makes up for the coldness of the waiters, who give the impression of not enjoying their work. If the well-seasoned grilled octopus had been served with a little olive oil-infused mashed potatoes, it wouldn't have been too much. On the other hand, it was a real treat for the taste buds: grandma's busiata.

14/11/2025: I absolutely have to thank Giuseppe, Alessandro, Giovanni, Maria Rita, Gabriella, Danilo, and Marco. On November 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th, my wife and I had the opportunity to spend a wonderful holiday in Palermo. These wonderful professionals, who have gradually become friends, whom I mentioned here, helped us feel at home, made us feel important, and let us taste various delicacies. They also explained them to us and helped us enjoy the street food with directions and suggestions. We don't know how to thank them other than by telling everyone and recommending everyone to try the same experience we did. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

24/08/2025: It's unacceptable for a public restroom, especially one open to the public, to lack a lock on the bathroom door. The lack of privacy is certainly uncomfortable and indicates a lack of attention to the minimum necessary to ensure comfort and respect. A simple, but necessary, intervention. I hope this review is taken as constructive.

03/10/2025: A small, unassuming cafe that we probably wouldn't have visited if it weren't for the hostel's breakfast vouchers. That would have been a mistake :) Delicious and always fresh croissants, canolos, and other delicacies, plus good coffee and incredibly friendly, always smiling staff.

14/07/2025: Cena in famiglia, andato su consiglio di un amico locale devo dire che mi hanno sorpreso preso 1 antipasto della casa in 4 delizioso e poi tartare,tagliata e primo tutto squisito. Costo forse un pochino sopra la media ma ne è valsa veramente la pena torneremo sicuramente è lo consiglieremo. BRAVI
