Fish M Chips In Palermo

We entered this restaurant in the heart of Capo Mercato. Friendly waiters and fast service. The seafood salad, octopus and potatoes, marinated anchovies, swordfish octopus were all good. Fair prices.

Truly a beautiful experience here at the Mercato del Capo, breathing the air of authenticity in these alleys is as satisfying as the dishes served in this place. Friendly, smiling and above all helpful staff. Very fresh raw materials and cooked with love. Highly recommended if you happen to be in these parts and if it's not on your route, come!

Attention if you want to pay by card! Ask before you sit down. No one warned us that they didn't accept payment by card and we were surprised when they brought us the bill. Other than that, the food is good.

At the Capo market we stopped for lunch, taking excellent panelle served hot and made on the spot, battered vegetables a little too greasy, skewers of breaded swordfish with excellent citrus fruits, a mix-up between oranges and lemons in serving but excellent, cooked really well and tasty, beccafico sardines. We were really satisfied with the food but not at the time of payment without POS and without receipt. €80 all in black which is not correct given the influx of tourists.

Stopped by this restaurant while in the Capo Market. Staff were very friendly and even put together a sample plate for me even though it wasn’t on the menu. I didn’t think the octopus salad had any flavour and it was extremely chewy and the caponata was good but nothing special. I did enjoy the swordfish ball and fried squid on a stick. Would definitely order these two dishes again.

Clean environment and the food on display is covered which is not a bad thing in a market. Excellent food and very kind staff.

Ho partecipato ad un pranzo tra colleghi. Abbiamo mangiato antipasti di pesce, ciscondati dai colori e dai suoni festosi del mercato, in un'atmosfera bellissima. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
