22/04/2025: Ho pranzato presso il ristorante “a Paranza” a Cefalù proprio ieri in occasione del giorno di Pasquetta. Conoscevamo il ristorante a campofelice di Roccella e siamo ritornati in quanto ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Nota super positiva, che sembra scontata, il pane! Buonissimo, uno dei più buoni mai mangiati… dico sul serio! Il proprietario durante l’attesa ci ha offerto un trancio di pizza con la cipolla e l’acciuga simile allo sfincione. Ottimo, buonissimo !!! Abbiamo ordinato zuppa di cozze, e insalata di mare tutto ottimo. Poi abbiamo ordinato pasta con le vongole, un fritto di paranza, e io ho ordinato un calamaro verace alla griglia ( che era buono, ma un po’ duro). Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza da ripetere perché il cibo è veramente ottimo. La prossima volta verrò per una pizza perché era veramente invitante !!! 29/09/2025: We ordered amatriciana and carbonara. Both dishes were terribly salty. The bacon was overcooked, leaving a lot of fat on the plate. Unfortunately, I got sick after the amatriciana and spent the evening in the bathroom. Something was clearly stale. I do not recommend this restaurant.

31/10/2025: Great location, lovely coffee and very friendly staff. Me and my mother came here every day for our morning coffee. Great pistachio croissants too! I hope to be back soon.

21/05/2025: The Bar del Viale in V.le Michelangelo-Palermo is an excellent bar that I have visited often and willingly, for breakfast both at the counter and at the table, I enjoyed a delicious coffee with my wife, there was also a tasting of the rotisserie with good quality products, so we can say the same with the pastry shop with typical Palermo products of excellent quality, coffee, cappuccino of super quality, I found the table service a little less effective in serving immediately, even if the staff was very kind and helpful, nothing to say, the environment I must say very quiet and clean, a place frequented by people of all types from the worker to the occasional passer-by, from the regular customer to people who go specifically to taste their specialties.

31/08/2025: What amazed me most? The girls at the tables, the true asset of this place. A rare treasure, the dining rooms are large and they really struggle with those huge plates piled high. I've been in the business for years and I really identify with those who are the true driving force behind a restaurant.

30/08/2025: An ideal place to spend an evening with friends. The garden is enchanting. The pizzas are excellent. The grilled meats are even better.

The bread is always warm, freshly baked, with a crunchy crust and a fragrant crumb, soft but consistent. You can feel the care in the processing and the use of selected flours: each type of bread has character and personality. Another strong point is the mignon deli: impeccable. Small pieces but with attention to detail, never greasy, with balanced and tasty fillings. A real gem, ideal for an aperitif or a quick lunch without sacrificing taste. In an often inflated panorama, here you can breathe true craftsmanship and attention to quality. An address to note down for those looking for the best, every day.

18/09/2025: A truly positive experience! The staff, the chefs, and the owners were all extremely attentive and meticulous. From the appetizers set out outside to the table service inside for the first and second courses, everything was excellent. The fish was of the highest quality, and the meat menu was also excellent. Menus for intolerances, celiac disease, vegetarians, and vegans are also available. Highly recommended!!!

22/08/2025: Our day began with the counter attendant telling us, in these exact words: "Go get that piece in your country in Africa." It was a terrible experience. We were treated with extreme rudeness and a total lack of respect. The owner, the counter attendant, and the cashier served us with discriminatory attitudes, paying no attention to our requests for allergies or cultural and religious reasons. The staff's behavior was offensive and unacceptable: in addition to giving us products we weren't allowed to consume, we felt we were being treated racistly. A truly unpleasant and discriminatory incident that should never happen in a public place.

17/09/2025: Stop for a quick bite to eat (a panini, drink, and coffee for €7), very attentive service, and reasonable prices. The interior is in desperate need of paint, and the restroom is in need of a lot of maintenance and cleaning.
