Da Jolly In Palermo

I fell in love with Stitch Ola and was passing by everywhere... I decided I absolutely had to go here. It's already incredibly famous, appearing on many Korean YouTube channels and TV shows. The owner is always shouting "Gopchang!" and "Samgyeopsal!" to Koreans, using his Korean radar. If you enjoy a night market atmosphere, you'll absolutely love it! It's not incredibly delicious, but it's above average. It's great with a beer. The bathroom is a bit inconvenient... ㅠㅠ There's a department store next door, so using that might be a good idea.

The grilled tripe and green onion pork belly are delicious.

The gopchang was delicious, but the samgyeopsal and beef were so-so than I expected! But the atmosphere was really nice, and it was really nice that the owner spoke Korean!! I think the price was around 15 euros for samgyeopsal, beef, gopchang, and a bottle of beer. I think the two of us just had it as a snack, but I was satisfied because the atmosphere of the market was so nice!! Also, I went around 4pm on the first day, but it was already closed. I think it would be best to visit around lunchtime!

I had gopchang and samgyeopsal, and ordered a chicken sandwich. It was delicious. The owner was very friendly.

I had beef tripe and pork belly with green onion rolls, and they were really delicious. They were fried golden brown in just the right amount of oil 👍🏻 I bought an Aperol Spritz from the store next door and shared it with them, and it was heavenly 🍹 The owner was also very kind~~><

Very good Sicilian street food, definitely worth trying. The gentleman is very welcoming and speaks several languages👍

Grilled tripe is awesome! Samgyeopsal green onion rolls are awesome! I was wandering around the restaurant when the owner immediately shouted, "Gopchang!!" Seriously! I immediately knew the owner was a kimchi man on his radar! I took a bite of the tripe and it was amazing! The charcoal flavor, the chewy texture, the tenderness, everything was just crazy! The pork belly was overpowered by the green onion flavor! Gopchang, pork belly, and a large beer (640ml) all for €10! Seriously! Sicily's rankings are determined by this tripe alone.

Palermo's old market with stalls selling fresh fish and seafood, as well as sampling a traditional sandwich for the poor. I won't go into details about the sandwich, but it tastes quite good. 😉 I recommend it. 👍 The aroma wafting through the market probably won't appeal to everyone, but it is, after all, a fish and fruit market.

I tried and tried stigghiole in every market, and in the end, the last one was the best. Fair, the prices were displayed, and the guys grilling and serving (despite the context being unhelpful) were spotless. Every dish and every preparation always started with a clean cutting board and knife.
