Da Jolly In Palermo

Manziebbe is incredibly delicious, though the tripe is a bit tough. If I go again, I'll just order the pork belly wrapped in green onions. As of July 26, Stighiola is 4 euros and Manziebbe is 3 euros. A person wearing an orange t-shirt with "maddalena?" written on it guided us to an orange table, but they took 3 euros when we paid... I asked the owner, and he said it's free if you eat at the tables attached to the shop.

The staff are so friendly, cute, and funny haha. The tripe was delicious, and I had a great time eating in the local market atmosphere! Maybe because I went during a time when there weren't many customers, they even let me wear an apron and take a picture lol.

Everything was delicious, grilled on the spot, strong flavours, exactly what I was looking for, friendly and kind people, unique Vucciria atmosphere.

As soon as you enter the alley, you'll hear shouts of "Gopchang~ Samgyeopsal~". (Easy to find) A line of gopchang was 4 euros, and a bottle of beer was 3 euros. When I tried to secretly take a picture of the owner, he friendly asked if I wanted to take a photo with him. Haha.

Best lamb intestines and pork belly green onion in Palermo. Owner was super friendly and we came back on the next day cause it was so good. 10/10 would recommend again + it was really affordable and seating was free. But be aware, right next to the stall there are people who will try to lure people into their tables and they'll make you pay, so please ask the workers at Da Jolly where you can sit.

This was my first time trying stiggiole outside of the Ballarò Market, and I thought it was tastier and cheaper here. Enjoying it with a beer at a slanted table in the bustling market in the afternoon was quite a delightful experience.

If you enjoy the outdoors and stiggiholi then definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere is lively. Food everywhere. I went specifically for a Sicily dish and got exactly what I wanted and more.

We were very hungry and ate a lot and well. The atmosphere was picturesque and cheerful. We were warmly welcomed, served at our table (prepared and clean), and treated with respect. Well done everyone!

I went there because it was famous, but it's not a must-see. If you're on a tight schedule, you can skip it.
