Friendly staff, fantastic aperitif

A perfect evening after the disappointment of previous places that we had to run away from. My friends and I were welcomed by the friendliness of the staff and then, with the smile and cheerfulness of Alessandra, we finally dived into the Palermo street food. The fried food was excellent, crispy and not greasy. The spleen sandwiches were really good, as were the panelle and croquette sandwiches, a real taste sensation! The best of Palermo's rotisserie, it also serves aperitifs, coffee, and traditional sandwiches.

They don't have any halal options as well as vegetarian options but if you eat pork it's an ideal place for you.

Good deli and desserts, I suggest paying attention to the right amount of filling.

I stopped in for a quick post-pickup break, and I felt better after eating one of their calzones 😁😋 Soft, tasty dough and plenty of filling. The staff was very kind and welcoming.

I went to this place last night after returning to Palermo after many years, when it was still under the old "Ganci" management. The quality-price ratio is more than fair, the location is beautiful and well-kept, the rotisserie is FABULOUS, and the selection is very varied. The only flaws I found and that I would highlight to make this place a top choice are the following: 1. The shift numbers didn't work, effectively making it a physical shift. Since it was so crowded, people were easily passed over, and I heard several people complaining about it. 2. It was very chaotic, and all the tables were occupied. Since I was on foot and went there to eat there, I discovered that the tables inside are exclusively for aperitifs. Luckily, a table outside became available, otherwise I would have risked leaving. I recommend at least in the evening or on such chaotic evenings to make an exception and reserve the internal tables also for consumption of the Rosticceria
