23/09/2025: We visited Yogurtlandia almost every night which we spent in Palermo. You have to try their pistacchio crepe, it’s absolutely amazing and their granita is also very very good and refreshing. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved it!

20/07/2025: Rude waiters. We came in to get a pizza right after getting out of the sea. As soon as we entered, no one greeted us and they looked at us like we were aliens. Once we went in to order our pizza, they rudely told us they were full of reservations. Plus, the location was terrible, and the pizza, from what I've been told, wasn't that great. I don't recommend it.

27/07/2025: Excellent restaurant with a variety of local dishes, good pizza, and friendly staff. The prices are excellent, and unlike some older reviews, you can eat in; there are tables both inside and out.

22/10/2025: We dined here for the first time a few nights ago. What impressed me most, positively, was definitely the service. The staff were all extremely polite and eager to accommodate our every need. The downside is that if you choose to eat outside, you'll find yourself surrounded by people who are allowed to smoke while you're eating. This wasn't pleasant at all.

11/10/2025: Interesting Oktoberfest offer. Unfortunately, as often happens, when you go to pay, you discover you have to add an additional €4 cover charge that wasn't mentioned in the offer. But if it's due, why don't you mention it in the offer? Also, the lager included in the offer is on tap, but it's really nothing special.

24/10/2025: There would be a few minor comments about the hotel, but nothing major. The service and food were okay, we had a room with a beautiful view. My partner and I enjoyed our vacation. A truly remarkable town.

24/10/2025: It is a large beautiful facility and a large selection of dolce in the morning and sandwiches at lunchtime and gelato in summer. The deck has a lovely view. I have found the only negative is the staff are not very welcoming or friendly.

08/10/2025: Meh. That's about sums up this place. Everyone was friendly enough and sure there's beds and bathrooms..... Phone that didn't work only rang at 7 am and 730 am randomly. Wifi that connects and disconnects about every 2 minutes. The spa attendant was nice but during our treatments never asked about the pressure (which was almost non existent), housekeeping seemed annoyed that we didn't want them in our room, and overall just not as nice as one would hope for the price or sleeping the 4.5 star review. The place isn't bad but middle of the road at best. I'm trying to post and the wifi has cut out 3 times. Oh and it connects but without Internet making it wildly useless Check your room doors when leaving. It takes quite a bit of force to get them shut and if you're not paying attention, it won't actually shut.

30/09/2025: We stayed here for a total of nine nights in September 2025, and I highly recommend this hotel. The building was originally the stock exchange. It has a prime location in the heart of Palermo, beautiful interior design, and a fantastic breakfast room. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Your luggage is brought to your room. The rooms are very large, air-conditioned, and there's a small refrigerator. There's live music on weekends: the alternation between piano and violin (by ONE musician in the middle of a song) really impressed us. The breakfast is very varied. Since we both have celiac disease, we have to follow a gluten-free diet for health reasons. We were always served pre-packaged (contaminated) bread. Pre-packaged gluten-free crispbread, muffins, and the like are also available at the buffet. Coffee, cappuccino, and other items, as well as fried eggs, are freshly prepared upon request. Many of the staff speak virtually no English. A translator app solves this problem. Everyone is very nice and charming. I don't understand some of the negative reviews. Since we had several full-day excursions, we were unable to enjoy breakfast two or three times. Upon request the night before, a substantial breakfast (gluten-free) was packed for us in a paper bag: bread, spread, fruit, juice, water, a cup, and a knife/fork/spoon. Excellent service!

22/10/2025: Friendly and helpful staff, gave us great recommendations. Good wine selection, and the cocktails are also delicious. All the dishes were very good. Highlight: for the pasta dishes and the indivia side dish. Downside: the octopus appetizer was a bit chewy but the flavor was good. All in all, I recommend it and would go back

05/10/2025: Magnificent pizza, I truly believe one of the best in Palermo. We always order delivery and they're super punctual, and the pizza, as always, is amazing: soft, full of toppings, and easy to digest. Well done!

25/09/2025: I'm giving three stars only for the kindness and deliciousness of the dishes. If these hadn't been there, I would have given one star. The place was empty and scorching hot. We asked if the air conditioning could be turned on, since all four of us, plus three children, were dying of heat. The owner said, "I won't turn it on or I'll freeze," and proceeded to open the windows. Despite this, it was scorching hot, and despite our repeated complaints about the heat and our fidgeting with our hands and other objects to cool us down, the owner didn't bother turning it on. Shame!!

15/10/2025: Super fabulous pizza but also everything else. If I could, I would come and eat here every day.

17/10/2025: Be careful when approaching the counter where the pizza maker hands over the pizzas for delivery, the owner might dazzle you or even BITE! Also be careful trying to help the waiters (not all of them, but some are confused, especially if there is a bit of confusion, in that case the owner might dazzle or bite you too). The pizza, when the other pizzeria Tusa is closed, is not bad. The service, as long as it's left in the hands of the waiter with glasses (I think his name is Andrea) or the girls, is fine, but on the weekend it's a bit more complicated to receive the correct pizza for takeaway, it happens that in the confusion they give you a wrong pizza.
