The menu is based on traditional dishes, presented in an easy, modern way. The choice of seasonal raw materials is perfect, especially with regards to their cured meats and cheeses. Possibility to choose from a wide choice of pizzas, with soft dough, and expertly leavened. Their cellar is large, with a good selection of regional, national and international wineries, with a particular emphasis on Coppola's Trapani bubbles, but also a consistent selection of craft beers. Service available, prepared, present and very kind. Affable restaurateurs, ready to exchange views, opinions and pleasant chats. A real jewel, far from the frenetic and chaotic square of the city centre. Superlative value for money, thanks also to the excellent The Fork discounts, promptly applied.

17/08/2025: A large and beautiful coffee shop in the center of Palermo. I especially recommend it to those who want to work/study away from home and take a coffee break. The place has internet and power outlets (ideal for charging your phone or laptop). Some people study/work for a few hours, while others enjoy their cakes and coffee treats.

16/08/2025: The food and drinks are good, but the service is so bad. Super slow and the staff is confused all the time. The wait to order or clean the table from the previous guest is like 45 mins and then takes another 30 mins for them to bring your coffee…

22/06/2025: It has now become a regular stop. Usually at aperitif time we always stop by to get their calzones, fried or baked. The dough used is pizza dough, which is really light and fragrant. The filling is the bomb, it really overflows. The products used are quality. The calzones of Rosa dei Venti are in our hearts! See you soon!

24/05/2025: Good afternoon, the only reason I'm not giving zero stars is because it wasn't expected. Poor quality food, salty and almost improvised cooking, the service leaves much to be desired, little competence. We had dinner in two meat menus, the only decent dish, even if salty, was the panelle. The rest was the result of an improvised (cook) if you can call it that. We hoped to save ourselves with the dessert, alas, cheesecake, generally of undefined taste except for the saltiness. What can I say, €60 on promo, we don't dare imagine eating the same quality à la carte. but we certainly won't go back, nor do we recommend it. We're sorry, but if you don't have the skills and competences, it means it's not the right job.

17/08/2025: Tourist trap. The origin of this place, in kind of a garage, informal economy, where you could eat (very) well for little. I will never forget the Pasta con le Sarde… Now, likely benefitting from their increased fame (it was mentioned in a new your times article), they made it into a restaurant. Can’t blame them. Only the cooking is not what it used to be…
