Unfortunately, I can't give it 0 stars.
The sandwich arrived tiny and literally frozen (I live a 5-minute drive away), and it fell apart in my hand. The burger was inedible, and the sauce had a flavor that covered everything.
Terrible!
Highly not recommended.
10/12/2025: I've ordered through Glovo several times, but not everything I ordered arrives. I pay by card, they take the money but send less stuff. This isn't professionalism. Aside from giving you a bad review, I won't recommend you to anyone. This is already the third time you've ripped me off. Plus, I call and they don't answer. Wow, what an excellent service..... what a disgrace.... shame on me.

05/04/2026: The menu was almost entirely nonexistent, the service good, but the food didn't match the price. The octopus was rubbery and of poor quality.
29/03/2026: Shameful, we waited an hour and a half for pasta with clams. The pasta was overcooked, washed, and full of sand! Inedible. The worst part was that the waiters, faced with the evidence, denied everything! They didn't even bother to apologize! In the end, we paid the full bill without being deducted a single euro and left without eating! I advise you, as a friend, not to sit down for any reason in the world!!!

Salads with generous portions.

20/03/2026: We took the fixed menu for €25, everything was excellent, thanks also to the kindness of the staff, I highly recommend it.
21/02/2026: I discovered this place by chance and I have to say it was a great experience. The food was excellent, quality, beautifully presented, hot, and cooked to perfection. The place was clean, including the spotless bathroom. I recommend trying 13.5 because, at a fair price, you'll get quality and courtesy in a quiet, welcoming location. I'll definitely be back!

15/03/2026: If I could, I'd give it a 0!! Pizzas arrived an hour and a half late, despite countless calls to hurry... I couldn't even see a hint of mozzarella on my Margherita! Plus, the pizzas were super burnt and the fries raw! Never again!
15/03/2026: Unfortunately my review is negative.. pizza ordered for 9:00 pm.. it arrives at 10:20 pm.. all burnt.. a Margherita that was more like a Margherita.. I managed to eat what I could. I can understand the delay on Saturday, for goodness sake.. but not after an hour and a half that I've been practically there.. unfortunately I was unable to come down.

15/12/2025: Disappointing everything from the unprofessional staff, the lady at the cash register who insists on paying in cash because the POS doesn't work, apparently she always says this because it's not the first time, the girl who topped the pizzas without a hat with blonde hair that flies left and right, I found the pizza soft and not very tasty, it tastes of nothing, I won't be going back
01/12/2025: I won't be back! I paid €15 for a chicken with only fries (half the size of the ones they always serve), which weren't even good. I ordered the mignon on the side, which was left because no one liked it. Too bad, I wanted to try it and I wasted my money.

25/12/2025: Pinocchio in Partinico it's a Jump in the past, In both good and bad ways. The pizzas were tasty enough but the dough and the crust were substantially heavy. Still good the following morning for breakfast. The decor really hasn't changed in the last 30 years and the lack of modernity is keeping people away from it but I say try it at least once, give it a chance, don't get influenced by what you read and see. Around €15 per person, small parking lot.

10/03/2026: While waiting for the train I got hungry and thought I'd grab something nearby.
I ate half an eggplant pizza (they had leftovers), and that was unfortunately my last meal in Palermo... Unfortunately it wasn't good. They had heated it up in the microwave, I don't know how long it had been there... As I was eating it, the oil was dripping out. It's been a while since I've eaten something like that out of "need".
I regretted a little that I didn't go to the market to eat, I might have gone there better!
I'm sorry, but I don't recommend this place!
11/02/2026: This is a nice spot to drop by for an espresso and a cornetto! I visit this place rather often, and I have never been disappointed.

22/10/2025: Stay away. Rude staff behind the counter. Wanted to buy bread without crums on top and pointed at the bread, the guy started screaming back at me. We lived in an air b&b in the same building wich was very nice but we never went back to that store.
18/10/2025: Very unfriendly person. She ask you to pay by cash even there are signs that you can pay by card at the entrance. She can’t say “hello”, “thank you”, nor “good bye”. Even it could be very nice place, the stuff here makes this place one of the worst experience in Palermo. Think twice before you spend your euro here.

22/11/2025: Terrible experience.
We ordered two pizzas with delivery scheduled for 8:20 PM and received confirmation of the time. At 8:30 PM, they were already listed as delivered on the Just Eat app, but we hadn't received anything. I called to report the problem and was told the pizzas were on their way.
At 10:00 PM, still having received nothing, we called again: we were told there had been an error and that the delivery man was on his way. At 10:30 PM, still no delivery and no one answered the phone. We were left without dinner. A truly terrible experience: never again.
18/10/2025: If you want to waste money and time, this is the place to be. I ordered through Just Eat for 8:35 PM, with delivery scheduled for 8:45 PM, but there wasn't even a delivery driver in sight at the scheduled time. I called the restaurant at 9 PM and a woman answered in an argumentative tone, saying that since it was Saturday, the delay was normal.
Result: the pizzas arrived almost half an hour after my call, they were inedible, and the fries were cold and rubbery. Highly not recommended.
