17/08/2025: The place is nice, with both indoor and outdoor tables. The food is good quality, but the organization is lacking. The wrong dishes arrive, or worse, they never arrive.

18/09/2025: I enter this bar to go to the bathroom and I always see two cockroaches in the bathroom 😳😳😳 bathrooms in pitiful conditions, cleanliness 0 and the "pee" needs while you do it come out of the toilet below.. I wonder how you are still open, I hope that there are checks as soon as possible.. it is not a bar that should remain open between hygienic conditions and disinfestations and maintenance to be done.

09/09/2025: It might be a nice bar, BUT! It's a "lucky" place where rude young people gather every night until 5 AM! They make noise with their scooters and shout at the top of their lungs! Why don't the owners bring chairs inside? It's terrible, the whole complex is forced to listen to these rude young people!!!

05/12/2025: The fries arrived cold, with raw bacon on top, the cheddar sauce was also cold, and the quality of the sandwich was awful. We also had to ask for forks, napkins, and straws. The place was extremely dirty, and the staff made out in the kitchen. I will never return.

03/12/2025: Too crowded and too few seats. I went last night and they didn't have gluten-free sandwiches. The "rich" fries were missing forks (they'd run out and there wasn't a replacement—I had to specifically ask for one). Straws were begged for, as were napkins. And to top it all off, the air conditioning was on. Young people were sitting at tables smoking vapes and taking up seats without actually eating. An experience I'll never repeat; I'd rather travel miles.

16/11/2025: I'm giving one star because there's no option to give zero, and I didn't give a star for the food, precisely because the service and lack of hospitality made me get up and leave without even having the chance to order. We arrived at the so-called "restaurant" with a reservation for Sunday lunch. No one greeted us at the entrance, but we glossed over it. Once seated, we were told that the all-you-can-eat Sunday lunch menu is priced the same as the dinner menu, which supposedly includes "special" dishes. I should add that all the dishes contained shrimp, and since I have a shrimp allergy, I couldn't even have tried one of those and would have had to pay the same price for an identical lunch menu anyway. This obviously wasn't specified anywhere; in fact, the lady mentioned it first, perhaps because it was a new feature (but I think it should be communicated when booking). Despite this, we wrote down the dishes on an order slip. We told the lady three times that we had already written down our orders, and after waiting a good 15-20 minutes JUST to pick up the order slip (I can't imagine the wait for our food), we decided to get up and leave when the staff completely ignored us. You didn't even ask if we'd like some water while you waited; I find that shameful. I believe that not even "Chinese" restaurants, as you call them (seeing the rather haughty, snobbish, and elitist responses the owner gives to negative reviews, who, being Italian, doesn't even know Italian grammar), guarantee such terrible service as yours. I believe a restaurateur should know the bare minimum of restaurant standards; here at Kokedera, there aren't even the basics. Furthermore, the prices for the menu are unjustifiable. That said, never again!

05/09/2025: I can confirm that the quality of the raw material used is really fresh, the owner and his collaborators are truly exquisite. Nice location.

10/09/2025: I've already tried the bakery's "too good to go" service twice, with great satisfaction. Unfortunately, on the third occasion, the reserved box wasn't ready when I came to pick it up. The counter attendant didn't even know what I was talking about, and the young man at the register, after ushering me out of the shop (!), with barely concealed annoyance, had a box made up entirely of pastries (croissants, donuts, and braids) using the morning's leftovers. Obviously, I'm not arguing with the contents of the box (that's exactly how the service works; you can find anything you like), but, aside from the fact that the croissants were old and burnt, so they probably wouldn't have sold them at full price, the attitude of the young man—I think he was one of the owners—was very indifferent; he even seemed annoyed that I was only there to pick up the box. At this point, I'd say it would be better if they stopped offering similar services rather than treating customers so condescendingly. A real shame.

27/08/2025: Of course, the kindness of the older woman with glasses leaves something to be desired. The younger lady is more polite. I understand that my northern accent might create mistrust... but... maybe learning from the young ones wouldn't hurt.

22/11/2025: Terrible experience at McDonald's in Carini. We went there on November 22nd at 1:45 PM, and unfortunately, everything went terribly wrong. The Coke Zero was completely flat, completely undrinkable. The sandwiches were cold, as if they'd been made long before and left there, and the fries were cold and soggy, absolutely not up to the standard you'd expect.

16/11/2025: I would prefer a little more attention to cleanliness, because in comparison the MC in Palermo Notobartolo is much cleaner

12/11/2025: Absolutely awful pizza, DJ was more confused than anything else, decent service, quality/price ratio definitely needs to be reviewed. Never again.

14/10/2025: We have celebrated many anniversaries and have always found and obtained good quality and freshness in the food and a unique friendliness both from the owner Enza and from all the staff, also good the wine of their production.

29/09/2025: The best ice-cream I have ever eaten I swear...Il migliore ♥️ Il mio gusto preferito il Coco. When I come to Palermo I come here. Also good to know that it's on the corner of a beautiful famous square.

16/05/2025: What a shame! On vacation with my family, I found this place online for lunch. It was 1:30 PM. The restaurant was listed as open online. Too bad that when we arrived, it was closed. We returned in the afternoon and it was still closed.

05/11/2025: Desserts and coffee are okay, but everything in the toilet is falling apart, and since we unfortunately didn't speak Italian, we were served in an annoyed manner and rushed around the store.

14/10/2025: Only the pastry shop deserves consideration. The bar service was performed with little attention to the customer. The orange juice received was found to be infected with flies due to contamination of the juicer due to poor cleaning.

11/08/2025: Three pizzas ordered on Saturday night arrived almost two hours late. I understand it's a special night, but the pizzeria itself had given the delivery time as 8:45 PM. The pizzas were decent but a little burned, nothing to write home about. They also forgot to bring a drink, which we obviously didn't order later; it probably would have arrived before dinner was over.

26/07/2025: Pizza ordered for 8:15 PM. It's 9:43 PM and it's still not ready. Unjustifiable!!!

04/12/2025: NOT EVEN THE 3 FREE SAUCES... I HAVE NO WORDS.

16/11/2025: 1 star is already more than enough for an experience to forget, the staff is non-existent, only a girl at the counter with a full table, complaints about the constant delays, instead of living the good life, hire the staff or else close because the food is no longer what it used to be... FAILED
