14/08/2025: Stop for lunch. Appetizers: fish, seafood salad, mussels First courses: all seafood, spaghetti with clams, risotto. Second courses: fresh fish and fried foods. Wine, water, coffee, liqueurs. Excellent lunch, excellent location and service.

30/08/2025: Terrible experience... Rude staff, completely lacking empathy, no smiles, not even a hello. Sloppy answers, back turned. Poor food and limited selection. Better not to go in.

30/08/2025: I'm giving one star because I can't give less. The staff is practically absent, not a smile, a hello, or any kind of welcome. The woman was treated condescendingly at checkout. I wanted to point out that money is money whether it comes from a woman's hands or a man's. In my opinion, these products need to be reviewed. Never again. Not recommended. For visiting Palermitans.

22/10/2025: Stay away. Rude staff behind the counter. Wanted to buy bread without crums on top and pointed at the bread, the guy started screaming back at me. We lived in an air b&b in the same building wich was very nice but we never went back to that store.

18/10/2025: Very unfriendly person. She ask you to pay by cash even there are signs that you can pay by card at the entrance. She can’t say “hello”, “thank you”, nor “good bye”. Even it could be very nice place, the stuff here makes this place one of the worst experience in Palermo. Think twice before you spend your euro here.

18/10/2025: If you want to waste money and time, this is the place to be. I ordered through Just Eat for 8:35 PM, with delivery scheduled for 8:45 PM, but there wasn't even a delivery driver in sight at the scheduled time. I called the restaurant at 9 PM and a woman answered in an argumentative tone, saying that since it was Saturday, the delay was normal. Result: the pizzas arrived almost half an hour after my call, they were inedible, and the fries were cold and rubbery. Highly not recommended.

11/08/2025: Delicious pizzas, excellent sfincione, and very well-cooked patties. Super-fast delivery, and everything was piping hot!! The Gorgonzola pizza and Bagherese-style sfincione won me over!! THE BEST SFINCIONE PIZZA AND HOT ANTIPASTO I'VE EVER EATEN FROM A PALERMOTANA BORN IN PALERMO

05/08/2025: Terrasini come costa smeralda…o come posto di ladri? Abbiamo preso 2 schiacciate, un fritto siciliano, due bottiglie d’acqua e 3 caffè alla modica spesa di 60€, coperto 3€ a persona per una tovaglietta. I prezzi sono da costa smeralda, il servizio e la qualità da ladri. Nicolò

02/08/2025: Esperienza negativa per un cibo di scarsa qualità a prezzi esageratamente alti non giustificati. Arancinette avariate e pizza inguardabile e immangiabile. In cinque 70 euro per due misti caldi, una pizza marghetita, cinque bibite non alcoliche. Ricevuto 10 euro di sconto per le arancine avariate. Bruttissima figura con i miei ospiti. Felice di pagare prezzi alti quando il cibo merita. Non è il caso di questo locale. Peccato non aver guardato prima le pessime recensioni e lo scarso punteggio.

16/07/2025: I'm a longtime customer; I've been ordering from you since before the quarantine. I used to order poke at least 3-4 times a month, and always only from you. I've been ordering teriyaki sauce with my poke for 5-6 months, and you put SO MUCH of it that you can't even taste it! Plus, you charge extra for it at €0.50. I paid €3 more for the extra salmon, and you put a basic amount and added more nachos, breaking them into pieces to cover the white parts of the rice. I'm truly speechless. I've been a loyal customer, and despite the initial hiccups, I continued to order from you, but now that's enough, I'm tired, I'm done with you!!

15/06/2025: I have ordered poke several times from the Glovo website and I have always been satisfied until today, tiny portions even though I took the largest, double portion of salmon but which in reality did not even cover the portion of a single dose, very little rice, I do not know what happened to you I tried to contact you but you did not even respond, I am very sorry because I have always been satisfied, I do not know if I will buy again in the future

05/09/2025: I was eager to try Palermo's specialties, but instead I was treated to extremely poor-quality food. Bitter eggplant, completely unsalted French fries, arancini with butter and a sour taste—I couldn't tell if it was the ham, the béchamel, or even the rice. How can you serve this kind of food even to foreign tourists? How can you clear the table without even asking if the meal was okay? As a Sicilian, I'm ashamed.

14/08/2025: An arancini with the smell of horrible meat, strange butter, almost acidic, paid 3 euros each. Not recommended.

05/10/2025: I visited this pizzeria/steakhouse about a year ago and had fond memories of it: very good pizzas and friendly service. Unfortunately, my last visit, last night, was a disappointment. The pasta I ordered was completely disjointed, with mushrooms and speck cut into oversized pieces, and a watery sauce that made the dish unappealing. I told the waitress that the dinner hadn't been a success for any of us, but unfortunately nothing was done to rectify the situation. Other diners also complained about the poor quality of the meat. It's a shame, because I remembered a much better place. I hope they return to their former standards soon.

09/09/2025: The wait for my order was very long. When I received my hamburger, it had no bun, and the meat had a very strange flavor, along with burnt potatoes as a side dish. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it.

06/10/2025: My order never arrived and neither did my refund, Plus they told Just Eat that the order was delivered when they never even came

18/08/2025: I do not recommend this pizzeria, the food and ingredients are of low quality, the owners are rude and ill-mannered, after eating my wife felt sick with her stomach, this pizzeria is to be avoided

23/09/2025: Be careful to avoid scams at all costs; the prices aren't displayed, so they're more expensive than other street food. Aranchinie is €3 right next door, €2 more, but they're not as good and served almost cold. Grilled octopus is €20. Spritz is €3, but a small glass. In short, a tourist trap. There are many other, much better places.

19/07/2025: We paid 83€ for the big thing. We were clearly ripped off! Small plates for 30€ 🥲. We said to ourselves, hey, we'll eat at the market for cheap with fresh produce! But lol 😂. Move on, go to places where the price is displayed!
