31/07/2026: I've been going to the Mc Donald's in Carini for years, and over time I've noticed many problems. They're not organized, and they're often completely understaffed. The wait is incredibly long, especially at certain times. I've seen people arrive and order after me, eat, and leave before me. The kiosks have problems, the QR reader is broken, and you have to find the one with the paper inside to print the receipt, otherwise nothing happens. It's a mess every time. But it's even worse when you order takeout. I've always done it in the afternoon, and every time I've waited half an hour with the place half empty. They're chaotic, disorganized, completely understaffed, and often forget sauces and other things. But this is really the least of their problems, because getting up, asking for, and showing the receipt doesn't really cost me anything, but it's annoying as a customer if it happens often or almost always. I don't know, maybe the problem is the pressure the employees are under? Because, objectively, it's a hectic job, or the staff is a bit immature. I don't know, but the fact is that if I want decent service, I have to get there early, so if I'm out and about and hungry, I can't stop late because it means wasting two and a half hours.
