La Locanda In Carpignano salentino

04/04/2024: An experience perhaps out of the norm given that we were practically the only ones except for a table inside. The service is very attentive and punctual, perfect timing in the arrival of the dishes. The quality of the food fully justifies the prices, perhaps the raw tasting is a little expensive. Both the selection of starters and first courses were excellent. I recommend the spaghetti with mussels and clams, very tasty. The version with purple prawn and truffle is less successful, the delicate flavor of the prawn is covered by the truffle. All in all I would happily go back to try the other dishes!
