07/04/2026: I've been frequenting this place with my friends for a while: sometimes the experience is excellent, other times less so (for example, when we were given a table near the bathroom, with constant comings and goings and noise). Overall, however, the food is good and the atmosphere is pleasant. What unfortunately left me perplexed was the customer handling in an unpleasant situation. During service, a waitress accidentally spilled an entire beer on me. She was very kind and immediately took steps to fix it, which I appreciated. The problem came later: at the end of the dinner, no one officially apologized, nor was any kind of attention shown. I spent the entire evening in a wet shirt and jeans, and the only comment at the cashier was "Oh, I didn't know about that." For me, it's precisely these little touches that make the difference, especially considering how many good pizzerias there are. I'll continue to recommend it, but after this experience, I have a few more reservations.

28/03/2026: A very pleasant discovery in the historic center of Galatina where we spent a pleasant evening in a pleasant environment where we were able to enjoy an excellent pizza. However, I do not feel like giving more than three stars due to a very bad habit of the staff of this place, namely that of making an excessive number of people wait near the entrance where there is no space. In my opinion, they should work better with the reservation times.

03/09/2025: The atmosphere is very comfortable for those like me with small children. There's a huge, very safe play area supervised by a young woman. The food is good. The only drawback: the service is incredibly slow.

15/05/2026: Excellent food. Although we arrived a bit early, we were able to sit in the dining room and enjoy an aperitif. The wait was well worth it. The Terra antipasti platter was one of the best we've had so far, and the pickled peperoncini were fabulous. The orecchiette with tomato sauce was equally impressive. The secondi grigliata mista, featuring various meats and horse meat in tomato sauce, was also outstanding. We were just as happy when we paid, because the value for money was incredible! And to top it all off, the homemade limoncello was superb... what more could you ask for, except to come back again! Thank you!

14/05/2026: We stayed at this place for 6 days and were truly impressed by the whole experience. Desdemona and Salvatore are wonderful hosts who made us feel at home from the very first day. They were always open to help with anything we needed and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and full of character, with a beautiful aristocratic spirit that gives the villa a special atmosphere. The garden is large and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying quiet time. There is also private parking, a fantastic swimming pool, and a space for children to play, which makes the whole place even more pleasant. The food was excellent, with many authentic Italian dishes. Everything is homemade, from the pasta to the other ingredients, and you can really feel the care and tradition behind every meal. I truly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend unforgettable days in an authentic and warm place in the south of Italy.

21/10/2025: I'd give the food 10 stars, the same goes for the service, but for the ambience, one star is a lot, even if the location isn't the best, but cats between customers' legs while eating are out of the question in 2025, at least for hygiene reasons. It's a shame about this feline freedom; otherwise, everything else is excellent. Congratulations. I hope this serves as a suggestion.
