An excellent experience, a shop full of artisanal, delicious, and genuine products. But the icing on the cake is Angela, who, with her professionalism and empathy, upholds the brand's high standards. I've personally seen few people like her, and I hope she can always keep the flame of passion for her work alive and that she's appreciated by the people she works for. We wish her the best. Surely, many other people who love what they do and do it with dedication work alongside her, which is why the bakery is chosen by so many locals and tourists like us, who return for the second year to stock up on gifts for relatives. See you next year! 😘

The best bakery in Salento....you have to try all the types of frise, they are the best I have tasted....and I have tasted many!!!!!

26/07/2026: The staff were incredibly friendly, the pizzas were fantastic, and pizza chef Mauro is the best. He was attentive to our requests and my intolerances, and he made me try a pizza I'd never tried before. I'd give more than 5 stars if possible. Thanks for everything, guys ❤️

31/07/2026: My first experience here was a coincidence, but after a positive experience, I returned with friends. The garden is beautiful and welcoming, the service is fast, the waiters are helpful and friendly, and ready to satisfy your every need. Ample parking is available, but above all, the food is excellent. I tried both meat and seafood dishes, and both were excellent. The grilled caciocavallo, the fried anchovies and cod, the Gallipoli-style cuttlefish, the baked potatoes, and the grilled vegetables were all delicious. Since I can't try everything in two visits, my intention will obviously be to return to the place where I enjoyed myself so I can try something different. Highly recommended.
