A confirmation! I don't write many reviews, but if I decide to do it today, it's because Inchoo is a confirmation! The new 2026 summer menu is definitely superior. I tasted the red prawn tartare and linguine with sea urchins. I didn't have time to take photos, but I will next time! Not (just) pizza... but go for the food! When in doubt... ask Antonio, always available and friendly, along with his team of collaborators! See you soon... very soon!!!

We stopped at this restaurant and it was a delightful surprise. The ambiance is enchanting, perfect for both a relaxing dinner and a special occasion. The food is top-quality, with authentic flavors and exquisite presentation. The staff is delightful: kind, professional, and the wait times are perfect. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, the place was beautiful, the garden was very well kept and welcoming but it was the inside that was truly fantastic, the food was delicious and the quality/price ratio was excellent.

What a wonderful discovery! A charming place, with attention to detail. Both a restaurant and a pizzeria, they also offer gluten-free options for all their dishes. We had delicious seafood dishes, and the fish was incredibly fresh (the best mussels I've ever had). For gluten-free options, they even provided a pizza base, so I was able to try spaghetti with lobster. Excellent wine selection, and the staff are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Heartfelt compliments!

We had a truly wonderful time. The restaurant offers both meat and fish, but we chose fish and were completely satisfied with the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the dishes. Special thanks to Tony, the head waiter, whom I know personally, and all his colleagues: they welcomed us with great professionalism, friendliness, and attention, making us feel right at home. Impeccable service and a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Excellent place, we had a pizza (tuna and Emmental), a first course (tonnarello with lobster), and a grilled Fassona rib-eye steak with a side of grilled vegetables. The rib-eye steak was generously portioned (it must have been about 350g), excluding the bone. It was cooked to the required level, perfectly aged, and anyone who knows rib-eye steak knows how important it is to allow you to eat it without having to bite into it. 😅 The first course was really good and plentiful, with a nice sauce and candied cherry tomatoes. Furthermore, there was half a lobster with the claw already well cracked (this isn't always the case), and the pizza was perfectly cooked (not toasted). The mozzarella was mozzarella, not stringy cheese, and the Emmental was Emmental, so in addition to having an excellent dough and excellent cooking, it was topped with quality ingredients that enhanced the overall flavor. For dessert, we ordered a stuffed crepe (off the menu) and fresh seasonal fruit. The fruit platter was plentiful and varied (kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, and oranges), sweet and not tart. The crepe was a pleasant end-of-dinner treat. The Staff We were served by a young woman who knew how to combine discretion and attentiveness, intervening when needed without ever disrupting the dinner. Proactive and always smiling, she truly managed the evening independently and confidently. Thank you, Francesca!!! Finally, we're not from Galatina, but we'll definitely be back in the future because places like this make you go home with a full belly and a smile on your face because they bring happiness. Compliments to the owner, the chefs, and the waiters.

Very well-kept and well-organized place. The staff in the dining room are very kind. It's a shame about the pizza which for me gives the sensation of piadina... pizza.... But it could be my personal taste.

Very nice, a welcoming atmosphere..

Tonight we had dinner at the Incoho restaurant. We had the fixed menu wich included anti pasti, 2 primo, 1 secundo and 1 dolci, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. All for 30 euro per person. The anti pasti was to share. The prime, secundi and dolce we got a plate each. It was very very good but for us to much. The service was very friendly and outstanding.
