28/09/2024: Da Buona Salentina il conviviale è in primis la tavola di casa nostra . Appunto abbiamo rivisitato questo nome restaurant e persino l'aria ricorda noi in tutto . I piatti non solo abbondanti ma originali del territorio . Luigina è la mamma che apparecchia e serve con la dolcezza che contraddistingue le nostre mamme in cucina . Arriviamo sotto un porticato illuminato ad aria marina ( pochi passi dal mare ionio) un ciao "settative è pronto" accoglie un tavolo ordinato e funzionale . Antipastib( non finivano mai ) di terra nostra con vino a scelta . Primi di terra con opzione di ricotta scanta ...e qui i ricordi della mia nonna e papà."Sagne incannulate "e sugo che mai potreste assaggiare se non nel mio Salento . In quella serata la specialità del giorno " monicedde" ...ripetiamo ripetiamo e ripetiamo . Ma ora ....perché scrivere ancora ....vi mostro le foto ( alcuni piatti saltati al fotografo perché già buttato sul piatto ) .Vieni in Puglia e vuoi mangiare i piatti di una cucina "te casa " ??? VIENI QUI .

19/01/2025: A promising evening awaited us at Pizzeria da Lino. Cozy and well-furnished environment, we head towards the booked table and find on the tablecloth very small particles of rubble that have fallen from the very beautiful star vault. Mr. Lino replaces the tablecloth for us, accompanying his actions with a comment that we don't like. The service is impeccable, the fritti are decent, but the pizzas are unappetizing due to the taste and some are undercooked and even burnt on the bottom, probably a badly brushed wood-fired oven. The spumone with figs and almonds is very good.

15/02/2025: I found out about this place thanks to a friend of mine, and the first time I came for dinner I was really happy, the service was excellent and the kindness is typical, not to mention the magnificent place and the delicious food. So, I decided to bring my husband for Valentine's Day. The tables were set in a really elegant and nice way and my husband was also impressed by the quality of the food. If I had to recommend a dessert I would recommend the crepe cake and the lemon sorbet. We also stayed overnight in their B&B.. the room was clean and tidy, really welcoming. Thanks to the owners and the guys who work there.. in particular to the blonde girl (whose name I don't know), really kind who served me at both dinners.

08/01/2025: Siamo stati in questo grazioso locale scoperto grazie alle positivissime recensioni, in occasione di un evento per noi speciale. Il ristorante si presenta intimo e curato in ogni dettaglio, creando un’atmosfera intima e piacevole. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, la ragazza che ci ha assistito si è dimostrata attenta e premurosa, riservando un’accoglienza calorosa persino alla nostra cagnolina. Per la cena abbiamo scelto il carciofo confit, le tagliatelle ai funghi porcini e tartufo, il filetto di ombrina, l’entrecôte e, per concludere, un dessert sorprendente: il tiramisù con la frisa. Ogni piatto si è rivelato un’esperienza culinaria unica, caratterizzata dal profondo rispetto per la materia prima, valorizzata senza l’uso eccessivo di aromi che spesso tendono a mascherarne i sapori. Le tagliatelle erano un perfetto equilibrio di gusto, con i sapori dei funghi porcini e del tartufo che si percepivano distintamente. Il filetto di ombrina ci ha regalato un assaggio autentico di mare, mentre l’entrecôte, richiesta ben cotta, è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: tenera, priva di filamenti rosa o tracce di sangue, eppure assolutamente succulenta, una cottura davvero magistrale. Il tiramisù con la frisa, infine, è stato una vera rivelazione: una combinazione originale e perfettamente riuscita, in cui si potevano apprezzare il gusto deciso del caffè amaro, la freschezza della crema a base di uova e l’originalità della frisa ben integrata nel dessert. Dulcis in fundo, gli amari serviti a fine pasto ci hanno riportato ai sapori della nostra infanzia: la liquirizia pura e il profumo inebriante dei mandarini freschi, ricchi di note agrumate. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal cibo e dalla cortesia del personale, e cenare in questo locale si è rivelata una delle scelte migliori che potessimo fare. Per noi, un’esperienza degna di essere riconosciuta in stelle Michelin.

A small, intimate restaurant, exceptionally good and fine dishes, a zealous manager, a beautiful wine list. Final score quite steep but totally justified in relation to the experience.

01/01/2025: Ci siamo trovati qui per festeggiare capodanno, al prezzo di euro 140. Location carina: l'interno molto bello, ma l'esterno lascia a desiderare soprattutto dove si trovano i parcheggi. Per il prezzo pagato abbiamo mangiato un piatto di antipasti, due primi, un secondo e poi siamo arrivati direttamente al piccolo panettone, freddo e poco gradevole. Anche lo spumante finale ha lasciato a desiderare. La musica che allietava la serata era prettamente da matrimonio. Infine, ci hanno fatto passare nella saletta per ballare, nel frattempo una cameriera burbera ci toglieva la tovaglia e i bicchieri da sotto le mani. Nella saletta per ballare musica abbastanza datata e cocktail scadenti. Insomma, il prezzo massimo sarebbe stato la metà per i servizi offerti. Tutto fumo e niente arrosto.

09/01/2025: Ho festeggiato il compleanno presso MARENUESCIU. Devo complimentarmi intanto dell’educazione e delle buona maniera di tutti, dal titolare, alla chef, e per finire al personale, discreto ma sempre presente. Cibo veramente buono e ben cucinato. Gamberi viola assolutamente freschi e di buona qualità. Tutto il pesce mangiato compreso quello che guarniva i primi, assolutamente di primissima scelta. Frittura di calamari ben cucinata ed in olio ottimo. Comunque merita il massimo della valutazione, anche con due piccole considerazioni. Locale un po freddo ( controllare pompe di calore) e, secondo il mio modesto parere, si sarebbero dovuti lavare meglio i calamari della frittura . Comunque veramente bravi. A presto.
