The first course was very tasty and well made, although the flavor was still excellent. In addition, the price was fair and adequate for the service offered. The friendliness and professionalism of the head waiter Angelica was fantastic, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend it to others. 5 stars, even 10 deserved. 12/07/2025: We waited an hour for just the pizzas, one of which had tomato sauce even though we'd asked for a white crust. They asked if we wanted to have it remade, but fearing we'd have to wait that long, we declined. The pizzas weren't bad after all!

05/09/2025: The restaurant is located in a quaint and meticulously maintained setting, with an intimate and refined atmosphere. The menu features traditional dishes from the lower Salento region, such as stuffed eggplant, spaghetti with turnips, municheddhe (land snails), and paparina, as well as an excellent selection of dry-aged meats. All the vegetables and greens used come from the owner's garden, and this truly makes a difference on the palate. In short, Chiostro degli Scolopi is an essential stop for anyone wishing to experience the flavors of Salento's tradition.

04/09/2025: We had dinner two nights ago. Antonio welcomed us into a familiar yet unpretentious atmosphere. The restaurant is housed in a former convent, with outdoor tables overlooking the cloister, but we ended up taking a tour of the interior, which is well worth a visit. The food was simple but high-quality, with great attention to the ingredients; it was tasty and delicious. The service was friendly but never intrusive. Antonio was very cheerful, friendly, and discreet. Highly recommended.

A perfect week... beautiful, immaculately clean property, professional yet simple and welcoming staff, as only true homeowners can be. Superb and varied breakfast, heavenly pool... in short, absolutely everything was top-notch.

A special mention for the monkfish Wellington, which was truly delicious. I wanted to thank PierPaolo for the attentive service and for his friendliness and kindness. Highly recommended!

18/08/2025: What can I say? We've been here before, years ago. We came back, knowing the atmosphere and food this place offers, and we can only confirm how good it was. Excellent food at rock-bottom prices, top service, and amazing owners. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, the 100km round trip doesn't allow us to go there often, but when we can, we do so with great enthusiasm. Highly recommended.
