31/07/2025: Siamo ritornati dopo 3 anni in questo bellissimo home restaurant e abbiamo ritrovato la stessa genuinità, bontà, gentilezza e semplicità della signora Luigina che con la sua cucina ci ha fatto ritrovare tutti i piatti della tradizione salentina. Tutto buonissimo e di ottima qualità. Ci siamo sentiti proprio a casa. La location è inoltre molto curata e suggestiva. Il prezzo è più che onesto, considerato il lavoro che sta dietro ad ogni singola preparazione e che il menù è interamente preparato da loro. Non so se torneremo in Salento l'anno prossimo, ma se così fosse sicuramente torneremo qui!

26/07/2025: A Casa Noscia è stata la nostra prima esperienza di Home Restaurant. Abbiamo scelto questo posto consigliato da un amico e abbiamo trascorso una serata perfetta in famiglia! La cena è stata deliziosa con tante portate abbondanti e con materie prime eccellenti lavorate con grande sapienza. L’atmosfera era calda e accogliente, le padrone di casa sono ospitali e molto gentili! Abbiamo potuto scegliere al momento della prenotazione tra menù di carne o di pesce e una volta scelto quello di pesce, ci sono state date le diverse opzioni di date in cui avremmo trovato il menù scelto. Il menù è fisso e costa 30€ a persona: comprende antipasti vari, primi e secondi, dolci, acqua, vino, caffè, amari e digestivi. Davvero una serata speciale!

It offers outdoor seating with a view of the Ugento square and cathedral, while being caressed by the Salento breeze and listening to good music. The cuisine is excellent, thanks to the carefully selected ingredients. The owner and staff are very friendly, welcoming customers with a smile and fulfilling requests promptly. Excellent service!

19/07/2025: During a pleasant evening in the heart of beautiful Ugento, we stopped at a restaurant located in a charming historic square, where time seems to have stood still and the atmosphere exudes an authenticity hard to find elsewhere. We began with a trio of appetizers, all carefully crafted with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors that reflect the local culinary tradition. Each course was a mini-taste journey, a clear sign of attentive and passionate cuisine. A special mention goes to the staff, truly kind and friendly, a typical Salento trait. The owner, in particular, was welcoming and helpful, and pampered us with a truly appreciated gesture: he offered us a homemade digestif, ending the evening on a genuine and warm note. An experience we highly recommend to anyone seeking fine cuisine, an authentic atmosphere, and sincere hospitality in the heart of Salento.

21/06/2025: I am a person who loves Italian cuisine, this restaurant and I was very satisfied with the quality of the dishes offered. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were authentic. The first course was very tasty and well made, although the flavor was still excellent. In addition, the price was fair and adequate for the service offered. The friendliness and professionalism of the head waiter Angelica was fantastic, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend it to others. 5 stars, even 10 deserved. Compliments also to the amphitheater. Thank you ☺️

12/07/2025: We waited an hour for just the pizzas, one of which had tomato sauce even though we'd asked for a white crust. They asked if we wanted to have it remade, but fearing we'd have to wait that long, we declined. The pizzas weren't bad after all!

An enchanting place, where luxury meets refinement and every detail is taken care of with class. The service is absolutely excellent: discreet, impeccable, always attentive to the needs of the guests. The staff moves with the grace and efficiency of a well-directed orchestra, making every moment perfect. The food is gourmet, of the highest level, designed to amaze the palate and the eyes. Each course was a sensory experience, thanks to an internationally renowned chef who was able to elegantly interpret the authentic flavors of the area. A special thanks goes to the directors Paolo and Alessandro, present, available and always ready to advise us with grace and professionalism. 05/08/2025: Se ami i sapori autentici della tradizione devi fare un giro in questo locale. Ci sono stato a pranzo domenica scorsa. Sono stato accolto dal titolare persona solare e gentile. Mi ha mostrato la bellezza del locale e raccontato la sua storia e idea di cucina; per un curioso come me un'accoglienza top. Ambiente pulito, elegante e tranquillo. Nelle foto vi mostro alcune delle cose che ho mangiato. La novità per me sono stati i fichi in agrodolce, un esperienza di gusto molto simpatica. Tra i pani vi consiglio di provare la cucuzzata, in salento ne ho mangiate diverse ma questa mi ha stupito sia per la qualita degli ingredienti che per l'aggiunta di cima di rapa( unica cosa attenti alle olive piccole con i noccioli). Le polpettine fritte mi ricordavano quelle che preparava mia nonna. Il primo degli spaghettoni con occhipinti e cacioricotta, vi posso dire che oltre alla bellezza visiva la salivazione vi aumenterà per il buon profumo e per il sapore dato da quel pomodoro e basilico fresco. Per secondo la tagliata tenera che si scioglie in bocca anche se io l'ho fatta cuocere parecchio sulla pietra lavica perché mi piace stracotta. Mi son fermato al secondo perché era strapieno ma avrei provato anche altro del ricco menù. Per me un esperienza da rifare, vista anche la genuinità è freschezza dei prodotti. Continuate così ! 25/07/2025: A charming restaurant in a charming, central alleyway, easily accessible on foot and very characteristic. The menu is extensive, featuring both meat and seafood dishes. We ordered an appetizer of octopus meatballs, followed by seafood cacio e pepe troccoli and grilled octopus with gazpacho. Finally, we had cheesecake and pistachio tiramisu, and it was all truly delicious! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the service was impeccable! Highly recommended for a romantic dinner and more, both for the family atmosphere and the quality of the dishes. We'll definitely be back!

04/08/2025: A few nights ago we had dinner here. Just walking in, you sense it's a sophisticated, elegant, intimate, welcoming, and extremely hospitable place. The staff is highly trained, attentive, and attentive, with great courtesy and kindness. The service was prompt, and we were pleasantly guided and advised. While waiting for our appetizers, we indulged in artisanal French fries, grown and produced on the property. Crispy and not at all greasy, they were light and delicious—I could have eaten loads of them. One of the appetizers was a real pain to eat, despite its visual beauty and exquisite presentation, with a touch of artistry and skill. The fried food was excellent, using high-quality ingredients. The first course was a delicious linguina cavalieri, where both ingredients, sea urchins and clams, were recognizable, and perfectly cooked. The dessert, offered on the house, was delightful and soft as a cloud. We tried an alternative spritz, recommended: the "Spritz Matisse," which was truly delicious, refreshing, and far removed from the usual cloying Aperol taste. The interior rooms are characteristic of the Salento area, and offer a stunning backdrop for Matisse's works. 25/07/2025: In a word: Mediterranean. We had a wonderful evening, the best of our stay in Salento, and one of the best of our lives. Everything was truly perfect, starting with the stunning location, a renovated old farmhouse. Dinner is served in a delightful internal courtyard, with a very welcoming and elegant atmosphere. The service was excellent, with attentive, precise, and very professional waiters. We truly enjoyed all the courses, starting with the mixed antipasto, a modern take on traditional Salento classics. The "ciceri, tria e mare" pasta was truly superb, but especially the lemon fettuccine with red shrimp tartare—sublime and highly recommended! The fresh amberjack fillet was also excellent. The hazelnut and chocolate spumone was also delicious. All the portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients was truly excellent. The wine, recommended to us by the waiter with great professionalism, was also excellent. Finally, the bill pleasantly surprised us. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

27/07/2025: I went to dinner this evening for the first time. I was blown away by the deliciousness of the dishes and the kindness and friendliness of the owners. The waiters were young and polite. 26/07/2025: We just came back from spending time in the town of Squinzano. The food was excellent, super delicious, homemade pasta and the atmosphere super friendly. The owners are the sweetest people. We loved the homemade meatballs, pasta and the fried seafood. Anecdote : we needed to take our food to go but didn't have plastic utensils at the place we were staying, I asked Cristian if they had plastic utensils to go and he said "sorry, no" but then, he got some of the restaurant silverware and hand it to me in a bag and said:"bring it back before you leave". If you ever close to the town of Squinzano, you have to stop by Letizia and Cristian restaurant they will treat you like family.

30/07/2025: Un paio di anni fa avevamo provato le pizze del Bubba con asporto e trovandole molto buone, quest'anno abbiamo deciso con amici di consumarle sul posto. La location molto carina perchè i tavoli sono posti in un giardino molto ampio che per un locale in una zona marittima in cui mangiare d'estate rappresenta un plus. Nonostante il pienone i tavoli erano molto spaziosi in cui si poteva mangiare in modo più che comodo ed erano ad una distanza l'uno dall'altro più che accettabile. Staff molto cordiale e professionale, l'attesa nonostante fosse di sabato e pieno di gente non è stata lunga e le pizze molto molto buone e con una bella varietà. Prezzi più che in linea nel rapporto qualità prezzo e servizio offerto. Bravi, da ritornare!
