I'm celiac and I'm so happy to have discovered this fantastic pastry shop!! The staff were very kind, and the lady at the counter was friendly and helpful... What can I say about the products? The pasticciotto was delicious, with a very delicate cream, the cream puffs were well-filled and came in a variety of flavors. I personally loved the cream and hazelnut ones (amazing!), the delicious croissants, and then the milk biscuits, very delicate and crumbly, perfect for dipping in the morning but also for devouring just like that... I have to compliment those who dedicate themselves to creating delicious gluten-free products that are every bit as delicious as gluten-containing products... Thank you so much, Sara...

I've been to Pasticceria Stefano Bianco for both breakfast and cakes, and have always been very satisfied. In January, I ordered a cake for my 30th birthday (lactose-free), but unfortunately, it was a disappointment: I'd asked for a chocolate cake with caramel, but I was told they couldn't cover it with chocolate and was offered cream, which I only accepted as a thin layer. The result was a cake with a hard, thick square of irregular chocolate in the center, too much cream, tasteless, and not up to par either aesthetically or technically. I didn't complain again, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I might order from them again in the future.

This artisanal pastry shop, now open for seven years, stands out for its innovative products as well as classics. Indeed, you can find a wide variety of French Viennese pastries as well as the classic Easter dove cakes...but with many flavors, like the Leccese (€38) inspired by iced coffee with almond milk, or the Sfiziosa with white chocolate raspberry, or even the one with various chocolates, truly delicious! The mini tarts (€6) are delicious, as are the delicious cookies! Gluten-free products are definitely an important aspect, in fact they have a separate laboratory specifically for these special processes. And almost all products are available, both gluten-free and regular.
