5 stars only because I can't give more! Traditional food: orecchiette with turnip tops, anchovies, and breadcrumbs. Fast service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Adequate prices. Central location.

This place offers an excellent traditional menu, full of delicious Apulian dishes. It made our visit to Alberobello wonderful. The staff is super welcoming and professional. The house wine is very good and the prices are excellent.

10/06/2026: Excellent coffee, very quick service at the counter. Recommendation
07/06/2026: Business lunch. I tried the local dish, orecchiette with zucchini flower tops. The wait was a bit long, but let's just say it was worth it. As for the atmosphere, I give it 4 stars because there were a few too many flies for my taste.
