02/11/2025: I don't usually leave negative reviews because I know how much weight they can carry. But this time, it's really necessary. We ordered two croissants and two cappuccinos. The croissants inside the shop cost €1.40, which is quite expensive, considering they're not even buttery. Along the way, they rose to €2 each. I mean, I paid 60 cents for the jam filling. And it wasn't homemade jam. The cappuccinos were also mediocre (and I'm really sorry to say it, but that's how it is). Non-existent foam, very watery. All of this was accompanied by a slow preparation; perhaps they were trying to decide how much to charge us given the unjustified cost for everything: I want to pay, but the price should be commensurate with what I eat. I should point out that the girl who served us is not included in this review, and she's not to blame. One last thing: don't tell me you're paying for the location, because honestly, we're not in St. Mark's Square in Venice, but in a university square, not even a particularly historic one 🙄 I understand the running costs, but being mocked hurts the place more than it does me, and I'll stay away.

26/10/2025: In Bari it is one of the best pizzerias, the pizza is of high quality and preparation typical of the Bari pizzeria with a highly professional pizza chef, small but very clean and well-kept environment and finally the staff is the icing on the cake.

25/10/2025: Good pizza, very friendly staff (the girl with glasses is adorable), but TERRIBLE SERVICE. The white-haired lady made a mess. She called a group of rude guys three hours ago, ignoring my pizza (mine and the girl's arrived at the same time), which had gotten cold in the meantime. She also went back to cut it for them, while mine went lukewarm and then cold. Please, find a more attentive staff.

18/10/2025: At POLLETTO I probably had the best roast chicken in the last 20 years. Perfectly roasted, wonderfully seasoned, and, most importantly, clearly homemade. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and Roberto is incredibly hospitable. While working, he sings, adding to the charm of the whole experience.

The flavors are rich, juicy, and cooked to perfection — you can tell every dish is made with care. The warm and cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home. A special thank you to the owner, Roberto, whose kindness and passion for food shine through in every detail. Highly recommended!

23/09/2025: Whether for a personal treat or for an anniversary, I've always trusted the polite, helpful, and professional staff at Pasticceria Lella, and I've never been disappointed. My last cake experience of my 40th birthday was a resounding success. All my guests were delighted with the fabulous cake. They were also very careful and thoughtful in using ingredients to accommodate allergies and/or intolerances (no small feat, considering this aspect is often overlooked). Overall, it's my go-to pastry shop, and I always recommend it.

12/10/2025: A huge disappointment. We've been going to this place for years, but last Saturday's experience left us very disappointed... Starting with the service, where once the fries arrived, we had to ask for our dishes much later because there was no one in the dining room looking out. When we ordered, when we asked if there were any other beers, we were told they only had the ones on the board. However, only at the end, when we went to pay, did we notice there was a fridge full of beers we also wanted to try... In short, unfortunately, my complaint is simply about the service. The sandwiches are still good, but perhaps a little more attention would have been better.

31/10/2025: A great experience at this place, definitely recommended. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was both interesting and comfortable. The exterior is also noteworthy, revealing a love of nature and especially horses. A small but significant detail: the gluten-free pizza is delicious.

03/11/2025: Great place. The menu only includes pizza, drinks, and antipasti. Pizza can be made gluten-free for an additional fee. There are plenty of different types of pizza. The antipasti are also meals in their own right—we saw Italians eating just that. A lot of people. Delicious.

02/11/2025: Thin-crust pizza made with top-quality ingredients. It's always a pleasure to go, but reservations are recommended as it's not very large. In my opinion, it's one of the best pizzas in the Bari area.

03/12/2025: I ordered a vegan pizza and really appreciated the fact that the price for the cheese had been removed, a small gesture that for vegans means a lot. Unfortunately, however, there are no vegan options on the menu.

23/11/2025: I could have watched an entire football match, or maybe I could have seen a movie with my daughter, but instead, I spent two precious hours on a Saturday evening outside this disappointing pizzeria waiting for my last name to be announced so I could get in. A terrible experience, left outside to freeze with an online reservation in hand. The service was equally terrible, with incorrect pizzas and simple requests not met by confusing and inadequate staff. Never again in Cirasella.
