I went to Alla Barese for a business lunch. I had a great time: excellent food, generous portions, excellent wine, excellent service, and super professional staff. It's worth stopping in Bari just for lunch at Alla Barese.

The pizza is spectacular, as are the first and second courses. It's definitely a place where you pay a fair price for excellent food. The place is also cute and welcoming inside. The staff is friendly.

Hotel Murgia Ristorante

07/03/2026: A very quiet hotel with excellent service. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Many typical Puglian sights are located nearby, such as the Sassi di Matera and the world-famous Alberobello. The food here is also excellent. I was given a tour of the kitchen, and it was exceptionally clean, which is quite rare in the restaurant industry. The staff is courteous and very friendly. So, if you value a peaceful stay with good food, this is the perfect place. I would gladly stay at Hotel Murgia again. Thank you for the wonderful time :-). See you soon!
27/12/2025: Nice little place, not too expensive. Close to Matera, Gioia del Colle, and Bari. Clean. Courteous.
