The pizza was good, the Aperol was watered down. Check your bills. We were charged for a drink, but the money was refunded after we intervened. The location is beautiful.

This pleasant pizzeria restaurant sits in the small square in the heart of Polignano's historic center. As a tourist, I sampled an excellent deviled pizza. The owners are very friendly.

The best pizza I've ever eaten, a welcoming and relaxing place, with efficient service despite the crowds.
Also recommended for a relaxing drink in Polignano's most beautiful square.
We can also go for breakfast tomorrow morning; they offered us an excellent coffee after dinner...
Average prices despite the central location.

The new management is amazing. I had a fantastic tiella (rice, potatoes, and mussels, a typical Bari dish). The place is welcoming, the service efficient, and they recommended a Negroamaro aged to perfection. And the Decarlo Coratina extra virgin olive oil from the Bari area was the perfect accompaniment to the bread. Highly recommended... stop by, even if just for a drink or a glass of wine.

Overall, there's nothing to complain about; everything is fine (except for the "kopolo" because it's high). The Aperol, as in Poland, is almost alcohol-free. The food is adequate, and the Italian-style service is spot on. The place is generally nice, but the location isn't everything.
