27/04/2025: I have ordered twice from this place via Just Eat. The first time I ordered a poke with extra mango added (for which I paid an additional €0.50), but the poke arrived without mango. As for the second time, I would be curious to know why the "salmon tartare" in my scialatielli was cooked salmon. I had also consulted the photos here on Google Maps in advance, where the pasta dish is actually faithful to the description on the menu. Little attention and little respect for the customer, too bad... Addition: Thanks for the reply, but the distance was only 5/6km (Putignano-Castellana). In any case I believe that, when you are not able to guarantee good service, it is better to be aware of it and not offer it at all (obviously I am referring exclusively to deliveries, having had problems with those and having never personally been to your restaurant). 27/05/2025: We have been to La Biglietteria and we can only highly recommend it! Its strong points are undoubtedly the excellent food and the spectacular location right in front of the sea, which makes the experience even more special. We tasted a simply delicious seafood carbonara: an original dish, balanced and full of flavor. The cocktails were also excellent, carefully prepared and perfect to accompany the dinner with an extra touch. Attentive service, relaxed atmosphere and breathtaking view: a winning combination. We will definitely be back!

26/05/2025: It is not clear how a place that has been open for years still cannot have a decent service, it works thanks to the location and the place that is objectively beautiful. for the rest a disaster, you have to wave your arms for the staff to serve you, in a lazy way, they forget to bring the menu. the qr code is faded and unreadable, they bring dirty ashtrays... in short the usual snobbishness. it is not the first time I go but the third hoping that something will change. nothing. always the same. does it take a lot to serve a glass of white in a professional manner? evidently yes.

22/04/2025: The organization was responsible for the "Pasquetta Selvatica" event on 04.21.2025 in Bosco Selvatico. The idea was excellent, but after paying €8 on the online presale and €3 for parking, we found ourselves with terrible management: without being able to eat or make decent use of the bathrooms given the endless queues. Wanting to exploit the hype without placing sensible limits on the influx of people caused general discontent and great frustration. I'm sorry for the initiative but in my opinion it can only cause mistrust and a feeling of having been taken for a ride.

22/04/2025: alternative place to the usual places, furnished with vintage pop, where you can eat or just drink something comfortably relaxed on a sofa. There are also board games for adults and children. Craft beers and local products, all delicious. Great kindness and courtesy of the staff. Highly recommended if you are in Putignano or the surrounding area.

29/03/2025: Even though its a small city, they understood every word of my english, so a big thumbs up for that. Their cookies and coffee are fantastic, try out this place!

04/05/2025: Non do un punto solo perché era sabato sera. Insalata di polipo dura e insapore, cozze gratinate immangiabili ( mangiate per fame) gnocchi poco cotti, ultima chicca, la frittura, sapeva di gomma, a questo punto ho chiamato il cameriere e glielo fatto presente, lui ha risposto che a volte succede. Si sono salvati il vino (buonissimo), e i gamberi in tempura. Non do giudizi sul servizio perché capisco che erano pochi camerieri per tante persone. Il proprietario un soggetto arrogante, ho pagato 68 euro nemmeno mi ha guardato in faccia. Questi si salvano sempre grazie ai turisti ignari.

29/04/2025: Siam paesani e pur trovandoci sui nostri bei tre colli putignanesi, approdare qui ci rimanda in un attimo all'atmosfera marinara senza tempo, fresca e di qualità , in una location sia interna che esterna, diurna e serale suggestiva, curata con piatti tipici ed anche innovativi come questo interessante primo di cavatelli cacio e pepe con cozze locali, una bella scoperta . Peccato solo che gli ultimi ricci freschi se ne siamo andati...avremmo voluto con piacere gustarli. Ottimo equilibrio qualità- prezzo. Alla prossima

26/04/2025: Posto molto bello e personale preparato e cortese. Pesce crudo e cotto come antipasto fantastico e profumato. Tonno alla brace buonissimo, mentre i primi erano soltanto "buoni". Il pesce è davvero buono ma, come ogni cosa, la qualità costa.

26/04/2025: Questo locale è situato fuori dal centro di Polignano. Abbiamo pranzato insieme a degli amici sia a base di pesce crudo che cotto:tutto eccellente dalla qualità del cibo, al servizio,all'estetica del locale. Lo consiglio vivamente!

15/06/2025: Don't trust them. I agreed with the owner on a cake that they deliberately got wrong. The flowers were supposed to be fake but they were sugar, a high base was agreed but it was low, the writing was supposed to be brown but it was lilac (?). If you don't know how to satisfy the customer's requests, leave room for someone who is more competent than you. In addition to having increased the price from €60 to €80. After this charity I will definitely not go back. Furthermore, the owner was kind enough to disappear when I wanted clarification. You don't work like that, leave room for someone who wants and knows how to do it.

15/06/2025: Huge disappointment. I chose this pastry shop to order my birthday cake, providing clear instructions on how it should be decorated and asking to avoid changes or additions. When I went to pick it up, the cake was completely different from what I had asked for. Unwanted decorations were added, more expensive, without any warning or consent. The worst thing was the total lack of discussion on the part of the owner: no response, no explanation, no respect for those who buy. This behavior is unserious and unprofessional. I do not recommend this pastry shop to anyone who wants a reliable and transparent service.
