09/03/2026: A discovery, I had a great time. At first we had to wait an hour, even though we had a reservation, but after the wait they seated us right away, and I must say it was a wonderful discovery. The dishes were different from the usual, but the quality of the fish was excellent. I noticed it right away from the first taste of the raw seafood, which I personally love. My husband, on the other hand, thought the rolls were very good, as was the raw seafood, while my son enjoyed the sandwiches and steamed rabbit.
In short, we'll see you again soon. THANK YOU FOR THE EXPERIENCE AT YOUR PLACE 😊

15/02/2026: We went for the first time to celebrate our Valentine's Day. At their request, a table was available for 7:45 pm, and we accepted. We ordered our dishes and the first two arrived. From that point on, nothing else arrived at the tables, and after several requests, all the courses arrived after a two-hour wait. There was a lot of confusion regarding the service and management. Obviously, I will never return.

19/01/2026: Incredible I had lunch yesterday at noon, you can not describe the goodness of the food all excellent cooked at the moment, home cooking the lady who prepares in the morning a lunch for 40 people 7 starters plus 2 seafood, 3 first courses 2 second courses fruit dessert everything 5 stars thank you thank you thank you!!!

07/03/2026: A very quiet hotel with excellent service.
The rooms are very clean and well-maintained.
Many typical Puglian sights are located nearby, such as the Sassi di Matera and the world-famous Alberobello.
The food here is also excellent. I was given a tour of the kitchen, and it was exceptionally clean, which is quite rare in the restaurant industry.
The staff is courteous and very friendly.
So, if you value a peaceful stay with good food, this is the perfect place.
I would gladly stay at Hotel Murgia again.

25/02/2026: Terrible experience, a 13 euro aperitif of low quality, prepared who knows how and reheated hastily, I left everything, the price is exaggerated.
23/02/2026: A bad experience.
My friend and I stopped here for something sweet. The table was dirty, covered in crumbs, and the ashtray was full of cigarettes. I asked for a bottle of water to drink at the table, but I couldn't because I didn't have a glass (I'm not used to drinking from a bottle).
More attention needs to be paid to serving customers.

12/12/2025: I've only had the opportunity to stop by this establishment a few times for short breaks between commitments. I can say that the experience has always been positive, both in terms of the quality of the table service and the quality of the food, as well as the atmosphere. Quiet, without too much noise to impede the hearing of those in front of you.
24/09/2025: When I asked an employee if we could still have lunch, given the late hour, she told me to go to hell!!! Is she even getting paid for this!!???

10/08/2025: Easy to reach from outside the city (using the ring road and exiting at junction 10), and relatively easy to reach from the rest of the city if you have transportation, as it's well connected to major roads, with parking right in front.
They serve breakfast and lunch to the employees of the numerous offices in the building above: knowing how many there usually are, they prepare the daily specials in advance, serving 4-5 people.
Closed in the evenings, with staff moving to Birrbante.
I think it's a good idea to make a reservation, as there are a lot of non-regulars going.
Never eaten there, but I know what one of them wrote.

A very negative experience.
27/10/2025: This place is the definition of hospitality. We were so pampered by the staff, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, with spot-on advice on where to choose. The food was high-quality and supremely delicious. My 2-year-old daughter devoured the meatballs with raw vegetable gazpacho and the squid ink pasta. We'll be back very soon ❤️

13/08/2025: We stayed in Rutigliano and dined at this restaurant often... the orecchiette and bruschetta were excellent.
The waiters were very friendly, especially Alessandro, a young and enthusiastic man.
We will definitely be back.

We asked for ice several times and were told to ask the waiters. She was a stocky blonde woman in her 60s.Speaking with the mother of the bride she told me that the waitress in question was reprimanded by the maitre. The waitress's name was Imma
06/10/2025: We got married on September 5th and couldn't have asked for anything better. Giacomo, the director, and Sergio, the maître d', are an impeccable team: professional, available, and always attentive to every detail. Thanks to them, everything was perfect, organized down to the smallest detail with such care that allowed us to enjoy the day without a care.
A month later, we're still receiving compliments on the excellent quality of the food and the breathtaking location, with the sea providing a magical backdrop.
They truly leave nothing to chance and manage to make every moment special.
We recommend them wholeheartedly: they are a guarantee! ❤️
