Everything was excellent! We followed the chef's advice: boiled tuna (exceptional), cavatelli with mussels and clams, fried fish, and sorbet, and we had a wonderful time.

Hotel Murgia Ristorante

07/03/2026: A very quiet hotel with excellent service. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Many typical Puglian sights are located nearby, such as the Sassi di Matera and the world-famous Alberobello. The food here is also excellent. I was given a tour of the kitchen, and it was exceptionally clean, which is quite rare in the restaurant industry. The staff is courteous and very friendly. So, if you value a peaceful stay with good food, this is the perfect place. I would gladly stay at Hotel Murgia again. Thank you for the wonderful time :-). See you soon!
27/12/2025: Nice little place, not too expensive. Close to Matera, Gioia del Colle, and Bari. Clean. Courteous.

14/06/2026: All that was missing was a glance at the customer and a small smile, then I would have given it 5 stars. Otherwise, everything was fine.
