Truly an excellent experience! The food was excellent quality, prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with care. Each dish was rich in flavor and well-balanced. Special praise also goes to the service: the staff was kind, professional, and always attentive to our needs, making us feel welcomed from start to finish. A truly positive experience! The owner was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, making us feel immediately at ease. During lunch, he even offered us the opportunity to sample some of the house specialties, a much-appreciated gesture that demonstrates great care and passion for his work.
The place is very charming, welcoming, and in a great location. The dishes were excellent, and the value for money was truly exceptional. Every detail contributed to making the experience enjoyable and memorable.
A place definitely worth a visit, and one where we will definitely return. Congratulations to the entire staff!

An innovative restaurant with amazing traditional dishes. I especially recommend the burrata on pumpkin cream and buffalo mozzarella. The service is young, friendly, and welcoming. I also recommend the carbonara, a classic but very good. The prices are very fair for the quality and the location. I highly recommend it.

If you're in Altamura, don't miss this place. It has a very extensive menu of meats and local products, everything is delicious, and the waiter, Niccolo, is very friendly. It was packed, but you wouldn't expect a place like this—modern decor that's cozy and traditional at the same time. Horse carpaccio, burrata, pasta—everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. €48 for two people with dessert.
