10/08/2025: I'm from Rome, and there are plenty of places that make high-quality puff pastry, but I have to say that here I ate perhaps one of the best French croissants I've ever had. The puff pastry is truly excellent, and the fillings are no exception. Highly recommended for excellent croissants.

30/08/2025: We celebrated a colleague's birthday, but it was a disappointment. The pizza was decent, but the rest of the food was poor quality. The location was shabby and outdated. We thought we'd have fun with karaoke, but it was a disaster. The person playing the music wasn't at all engaging, mostly just letting a few people he already knew sing, making them sound like they were participating in a singing competition. The average age of the customers was high, and the music was old and sad.

24/09/2025: One of the best pizzerias we have in Puglia. Friendly staff, toppings for all tastes, a wide selection of appetizers, desserts, even first and second courses, and gluten-free dough for celiacs, made with hemp or burnt wheat.

21/09/2025: I tried L'Antico Arca pizzeria in Cellamare and was truly impressed. They have a dedicated gluten-free laboratory, managed with great care and professionalism. The owner, Vito, was incredibly kind and helpful: when I booked, I requested that the dough not contain legume flour, and I was granted this request without any problem. We started with speck and mozzarella rolls and some fantastic homemade sgagliozze, not frozen, which were truly delicious. The pizza was one of the best I've ever eaten: light, soft, crispy, and very digestible. It was exceptional!! Every bite was a delight. Another strong point is the attention to the quality of the raw materials: locally sourced products and organic flours. The owners are welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable: they make you feel at home right away. A place I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for excellent pizza, even gluten-free, without sacrificing flavor and authenticity. Until next time !!

I celebrated my birthday there with my family in a breathtaking atmosphere, with dishes that were exquisitely prepared and skillfully served, a perfect ambiance, and outstanding service that left nothing to be desired. Special thanks to Daniel, who superbly accompanied us in the service department. We will definitely be back and can recommend the restaurant 100%. What can I say… every time I set foot in the Mojito Bar I feel at home, and much of the credit goes to Claudio, the kindest, most professional and funniest waiter there is! Claudio is not just a waiter: he is an artist of hospitality. Always with a smile on his face, he knows how to recommend the right drink at the right time, he treats you as if you were a special customer even if it is the first time you enter, and he has a speed and precision in the service that leaves you speechless. His presence really makes the difference: even when the place is full, Claudio manages to keep calm and make everyone feel pampered. Just one look and he has already understood what you want to order. A true champion! The Mojito bar is already a fantastic place for atmosphere, quality of cocktails and impeccable cleanliness, but with Claudio at the helm of the service… it becomes an experience. Sincere compliments, Claudio! You are the added value of this place. Keep up the good work!

02/07/2025: Posto bello, incastonato nel centro storico di Polignano, vasta scelta di drink, con tante varianti di mojito, io ho bevuto un drink a base di basilico molto buono, prezzi nella media della zona, ci ritorneremo

It's the ideal place for an evening with friends or for those seeking a complete gastronomic experience. Its only drawback is during peak times: when the venue is fully booked, the wait to order or receive a drink can well over an hour, testing the patience of even the most enthusiastic. A place worth a visit, but best enjoyed on less crowded evenings.

26/08/2025: Wonderful experience, professional and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. We ate for two and spent only €50 on drinks. I will definitely be back.

18/07/2025: Destinato ormai ai turisti che vanno una volta e poi non tornano più, questa antica Braceria nel centro di Polignano ha deciso dopo tanti anni di montarsi la testa. Molto semplice nell’arredamento esclusivamente all’esterno con tavoli in posizioni improbabili, anche nei pressi di abitazioni. Qualità della carne nella media, selezione di antipasti molto basica, così come per i dessert . I prezzi sono elevati rispetto all’offerta, ma fa parte di un meccanismo per cui molti ristoratori della zona hanno deciso di alzare i prezzi senza motivo, ma solo perché la Puglia è ormai diventata un’attrazione che con questi prezzi si autodistruggerà.

27/06/2025: Il ristorante é sulla piazza dove si trova la statua di Domenico Modugno ed é per questo che uno lo nota nota perché c'é molta gente nell'area circostante. La carne é di una qualità alta e qualsiasi tipo di carne é tenero,un piatto molto gustoso che consiglio sono le bombette pugliesi. Lo staff é simpatico e cortese. Consiglio di andare a questo ristorante perché é davvero ottimo.
