07/12/2025: Very welcoming, we found the fixed menu and nothing had been said. Anyway, everything was very good, abundant appetizer with typical dishes of Gravina, the Pan cotto, really good and an onion and pepper salad. First course with sausage and mushrooms and paccheri with courgette cream. Second course a sliced ​​steak with baked potatoes, of which they made seconds. Very tasty. Finally, coffee and dessert called sporcamuso, which we all enjoyed. Recommended trattoria

29/04/2025: We got some takeaway pizzas and chips from this pizzeria. The quality of the pizza is really high and I add it is one of my favorites in the area. All at a very affordable price. The only note is the ordering of take-away pizzas which cannot be pre-ordered by telephone to find them ready upon arrival, but you have to go to the pizzeria, order and wait for preparation. I would only improve this last aspect. For the rest it is perfect!

20/11/2025: I had BBQ pork ribs, a huge amount. For €26, they brought me over 1kg of ribs, the meat was so tender it melted in your mouth, truly delicious. I then had salmon sandwiches and their delicious coffee-maker tiramisu.... It's one of the places where I've eaten best in Altamura. The staff is amazing; every time I go there, at the end of dinner, they offer us something to grab at the counter, and the place has a very youthful vibe; in fact, it's always packed with young people who spend their evenings there.

16/12/2025: A very positive experience, both in terms of food and impeccable service. The staff are definitely the added value of the restaurant, which I appreciated so much. The excellent and varied food completed our outing. The price was in line with the meals we consumed. The only negative was the somewhat excessive noise.

12/12/2025: I was really happy I chose this place for the immediate sense of tranquility, the unexpected flavors of the dishes, and the thoughtful attention to vegan options. The vegan "Bon-Ton" crepe was unique, a generous dish with character, combining crispiness and softness. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The location features typical Apulian decorations, like small squares, and has plenty of seating. The kitchen overlooking the dining room is a lovely detail. We tried three crepes in total, including a sweet "Ambrogio," a timeless classic with gianduia cream and not cloying. In short, these were dishes that made me want more.

05/12/2025: The pizza is really good, made with quality ingredients and cooked well. The service is a bit slow and inattentive, and the tables are too close together, making the atmosphere a bit chaotic. Overall, it's an excellent pizza; the dining room layout could be improved.

01/10/2025: The selection and offering of dishes is certainly top-notch, and the deliberate attention to ingredients and the desire to offer a high-quality culinary experience are evident. The other diners had a very positive experience, finding unusual but very successful combinations. Unfortunately, the veal cutlet Milanese definitely didn't match the presentation, service, and the rest of the menu. The cutlet was shared among the diners, who tasted it and confirmed my opinion. The breading was interesting and unique, but it came off the meat, remaining on the plate that was taken away, as did a generous amount of fat. Of the total 800 grams, the final edible portion must have been about half, with a decidedly large bone and all the remaining material on the plate that was taken away. The cutlet then reappeared during the night, both heavy and, unfortunately, causing unpleasant regurgitation. A real shame, because the restaurant's attention and passion for food, pairings, and service were lacking with this dish. The overall experience among diners was positive, but in my opinion, the only dish I ate deserves this rating. I'm just sorry I can't show the before and after, to avoid easy criticisms of "clean plate" or "if only he had said so before," which are certainly understandable, but worthless.

19/11/2025: The pizza and seafood, both calamari and shrimp, and mixed seafood, are top notch. The focaccia is also excellent, and the wine list is excellent. Impeccable service, with a superb hostess who pays attention to detail and the guests' needs. Maybe I'll go back someday.
