03/03/2026: I rarely leave negative reviews, but what happened today at Antica Pasticceria Portoghese was honestly shocking. I was served a pasticciotto that contained visible mold. Not a small imperfection — actual mold inside the pastry. This is not a minor mistake; it is a serious food safety issue and extremely concerning. What made the situation even worse was the reaction of the staff. The employee did not apologize, did not seem surprised, and behaved as if this were something completely normal. Instead of acknowledging the gravity of serving spoiled food, he simply offered to give me another pasticciotto of a different flavor. This is unacceptable. When a customer finds mold in a product, the only appropriate response is immediate apology, concern, and accountability — not indifference. The attached photos clearly show what I found inside the pastry. An episode like this is not just disappointing; it is alarming. Food hygiene should never be taken lightly. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

28/03/2026: I went on a Saturday with a reservation. I have to say I had an excellent vegetable pizza. Both the dough and the toppings were good, and it was perfectly cooked, one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommended. I also had prosciutto and mozzarella... both delicious. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I recommend going there.

I couldn't really say which dish is the best, because every time I order, I'd want to order everything! The menu changes seasonally, and it's always meticulously crafted. If you want to try something truly innovative, rather than the usual bistro, this is the place for you. Over the years, the place has grown significantly, in every way, a clear sign of passion, dedication, and love for what they do. It's one of those places I recommend whenever I don't want to make a bad impression on someone. The last time I came here with a friend, and she immediately captured the essence of the place: books, board games, a large, bright space, and that warm feeling of being at home. This isn't a place that makes random choices; you can tell that every decision is meant to tell a story and convey it to its customers. The venue's view is evident from the moment you step through the gate. The owner, Gigi, Vito, and the entire crew are always available and incredibly friendly: they help make every experience here unique and enjoyable. Highly recommended, wholeheartedly. ❤️

15/03/2026: Had a wonderful holiday at Malandri in Altamura. Beautiful, large room. Super shower and a lovely little terrace. Very friendly owners and a sweet Mama who took care of breakfast. We will definitely be back. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa al Malandri di Altamura. Camera bellissima e spaziosa. Doccia fantastica e una deliziosa terrazzetta. Proprietari molto gentili e una dolce mamma che si è occupata della colazione. Torneremo sicuramente.

11/12/2025: We were pleasantly surprised by Altamura thanks to the owner, who, in addition to providing wonderful, clean rooms with every comfort, gave us invaluable tips for making the most of the city. I highly recommend it; the location is excellent, and his suggestions save us time wasting time looking for parking.

13/03/2026: Dining at this restaurant is an experience; the food is all seafood, and since I had guests from Spain, I really made a good impression. The only downside is the unpleasant line for customers to get into the only restroom; which, incidentally, is for both men and women. This is a drawback. Good value for money.

01/03/2026: We booked several tables well in advance to celebrate my boyfriend and some of his colleagues' vows. The helpfulness of the owner and the entire staff is rare: attentive and willing to accommodate our every request (from choosing the various menus to positioning the birthday guests' tables, and even setting up a lovely "cake" corner where we all could take beautiful photos). I thank all the staff for welcoming us and putting up with us on a very chaotic and hectic day, which nevertheless turned out WELL. Impeccable food, equally outstanding service, top-notch table linens. For us, it's a YES TO ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

14/12/2025: We came from Foggia to Locorotondo for the Christmas holidays and stopped at this place not far from the center, where we enjoyed delicious panzerotti, cooked to order. The fries and pettole were also excellent. The staff were very friendly.

14/12/2025: 😋 We came from Foggia to Locorotondo with the family to visit the city and I have to say... the food was EXCELLENT! 🍴 The freshly prepared panzerotti were stringy and crispy, all the fried foods were inviting, and the pettole were delicious! 😋 We'll definitely be back! 👍 Super reasonable prices. (A large panzerotto for only 2 euros)

04/02/2026: A pleasant surprise for its taste and variety. There's a family history behind this fish bar, which churns out excellent sandwiches, poke, and other seafood delicacies. But my favorite is the fried fish. Unrivaled and delicious. I can't think of another place that makes such a delicacy. Well done, well done, keep it up!!!
