Perfect is an understatement. The pizzas are exceptional, light, and absolutely perfect! Paolo, the waiter, is a wonderful person.

I want to share our more than positive experience at this restaurant. We had a dinner as a couple. We appreciated the welcome from Vanna at the entrance and Paolo, who provided table service, and who looked after us throughout the dinner. The appetizer was arancini with mussels, rice chips, and cacio e pepe cream. It was an exquisite, flavorful, and balanced dish. We had never seen or tasted rice chips before; it was both a fun and new experience. For our first course, we had pacchero pasta with shellfish and a gourmet pizza with black pork. The shellfish were fresh and well-cooked, as was the pasta; it was a pleasure to eat. The gourmet pizza was a surprise; it's not often we get to try such a unique yet enjoyable combination of ingredients. We finished with two desserts. Both cheesecakes, one with Lotus cream and the other with Dubai chocolate, were very delicate and not overly sweet; it's not easy to make cheesecakes light and edible with such flavorful ingredients. I especially thank the staff for their attention to allergens. Since I have serious allergy issues, they listed the ingredients for me so I could be sure and at ease throughout the dinner.
