18/05/2025: It is the right restaurant in Bari to understand the soul of the territory. Giorgia and Gianni have collected antiques to create a place that reflects the Bari of Umberto. They searched for recipes, found suppliers, trained the young chef to put traditional dishes back on the table. This is how I was able to appreciate the difference between sgagliozze and panzerotti made as they should be and those sold to tourists... And then a series of local dishes such as Tiella made with arborio rice, thinly sliced ​​potatoes, stringy cheese and mussels... all cooked in a crock. Terramina is a name that perfectly captures the aspiration of the owners and managers: to make known the most authentic soul of that Land.

28/05/2025: We ordered take-out sushi, including two portions of ravioli (4 ravioli per portion) for €16 each. Unfortunately, once we opened the packages, we discovered that the ravioli were completely raw: the dough was white, hard and inedible. We contacted the restaurant to report the problem and, after an hour, they sent us only one portion of ravioli instead of the two requested. When we asked for further explanations, we received no response. A disappointing experience, with unprofessional service and absolutely insufficient management of the problem.

28/05/2025: Cozy place ideal for a quiet evening enjoying excellent food. Good selection of wines and refined desserts. And as always excellent quality of raw materials worked with extreme sensitivity. Hagakure is always a guarantee.

16/06/2025: First time at this restaurant. With a confirmed reservation and arriving right on time we were greeted by really unpleasant staff, then we noticed that our table was positioned practically in the waiters' kitchen transit, with all sorts of smells and crazy heat. We politely asked to be moved but in response we were told either there or go away, obviously we left. We are very sorry because some friends had recommended this place to us but I have to say that there is really very little nice about it. Angelo, the owner contacted us apologizing and offering us another chance, we would have liked to meet him. In any case unpleasant and rude staff. To be avoided.

09/06/2025: We took 3 take-away pizzas at a really convenient price compared to what we are used to paying at home (Treviso), that is, at least double.

30/05/2025: A wonderful place discovered by pure chance. Relaxing atmosphere, excellent service with very kind and professional staff. Fabulous food (really delicious hamburger sandwich). We will definitely be back! 🔝

17/05/2025: Convenient to our hotel, we popped in without reservations just after their 7:30 pm dinner opening. Very friendly staff greeted us and got us a nice table. Food was great, as was service and staff! I had never heard of spaghetti all’assassina before, but strongly recommend it! Bucatini Cacio e Pepe was also tasty.

27/05/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us by a young local. We arrived at 7 p.m., an unusual time in Italy. We stayed until 11 p.m. Everything was perfect, a great restaurant. And thank you for Nicolas's welcome.

26/05/2025: They offer an all you can eat service, with basic courses decided by them. If you stop only at those you can leave something. Beyond that you can take what you want, and you have to eat everything. But the first courses are so seasoned and full of seeds or vegetables that they fill you up and above all you don't always understand what they are made of, and, in fact, you eat what they give you, and that is not always easy to digest.

17/05/2025: The restaurant has a great view of the sea and the waiters are always very friendly, smiling and helpful. However, the waiting times were very long, the pasta is without salt, the cutlery is dirty and among the options for vegans we only have the usual pasta with sauce and grilled vegetables. Furthermore, the table cannot choose more than two different types of first courses to prepare. For this reason, our lunch was not an optimal experience.
