Now you have to first get a receipt and then pick up your order, but the cash register doesn't work properly and it creates long, unnecessary lines. The wait is excessive for a simple coffee. Unfortunately, I won't be back again."

13/08/2025: Wednesday afternoon, 6:00 PM I come in to order and they tell me to sit wherever I want and that the waiter will be there shortly to take my order. It's 6:27 PM and no one's shown up yet... Nice, relaxing place, excellent food, but the service leaves a lot to be desired...

12/07/2025: Nice place, friendly service, and good food. It's a very spacious place with a large terrace overlooking the sea. The service is average, and the staff is kind and courteous. The dishes are simple and good. The price is fair.

04/05/2025: Qué hotel tan encantador - una vista perfecta desde nuestro pequeño balcón sobre la bahía - el propietario, Christina era excelente, el mini bar es gratuito, hay Netflix Inglés en la televisión, el bar en la azotea tiene que ser uno de los mejores de la zona y Horacio, el barman era fantástico! El desayuno era excelente, zumo de fruta fresca, fruta fresca y pasteles frescos y café ilimitado - perfecto!

29/04/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo, attratti dalla terrazza che affaccia sul mare. Per mangiare siamo stati invitati ad andare al piano di sopra mentre per i caffè ci è stato detto che venivano serviti solo nella terrazza di sotto. Saliti sulla terrazza di sopra, abbiamo ordinato tre pinse e acqua e alla richiesta di caffè ci è stato detto che non potevamo ordinarli, se non dopo aver ordinato il pranzo, cosa che avevamo appena fatto. Le pinse sono arrivate 25 minuti dopo l'ordinazione. La mia amica, scesa nel frattempo alla Toilette al piano zero (servizi fra l'altro molto sporchi), mentre risaliva le scale è stata fermata con tono aggressivo dalla cassiera che le ha chiesto dove andasse, salvo poi scusarsi per averla confusa forse per una turista che si intrufola nelle terrazze altrui (!). Al momento di pagare il conto (non proprio economico considerando 15 euro per una pinsa, la medesima cassiera è stata particolarmente sgradevole. Peccato. Luogo con bellissima vista, ma purtroppo molto pretenzioso e assolutamente non consigliato.

10/02/2025: Pessima esperienza! Per il giorno del mio compleanno avevo prenotato un tavolo per 4 tramite TheFork perché più volte non hanno risposto al telefono. Il giorno della prenotazione mi arriva questa mail un'ora prima e nonostante tutto ci trovano un tavolo abbastanza arrangiato (al posto dei calici da vino come tutti gli altri avevamo le coppe aperol!!). Il "metre" ci spiega frettolosamente gli antipasti senza neanche farci capire e ci chiede cosa vogliamo mangiare e bere in maniera molto infastidita, a malapena dandoci il tempo di rispondere. Ci ha anche detto che un primo era finito per poi servirlo davanti ai nostri occhi a tavoli che avevano ordinato molto dopo di noi. Insomma, un grande maleducato. Alcune portate degli antipasti sono state completamente saltate e dopo sollecito sono arrivate più di una volta portate da cameriere diverse, come se non avessero comunicato fra loro e la colpa fosse nostra. La qualità del cibo era davvero scarsa. I bagni erano sporchi e senza carta né sapone. Servizio pessimo, organizzazione inesistente e cibo deludente. Se avessi invitato al pranzo del mio compleanno altre persone mi sarei molto vergognata della mia scelta. Non lo consiglio assolutamente!

10/02/2025: Pressappochismo, disorganizzazione, pessimo cibo e prezzi ingiustificatamente alti. Primi e secondi sotto la sufficienza, antipasto di piattini miseri e imbarazzanti. Ho dato 1 perché non si può dare di meno e francamente non capisco le recensioni positive che leggo qua. Forse siamo abituati a ingurgitare qualunque cosa e ci stiamo abituando al sempre peggio. Non tocco qui l'argomento "servizio" perché non mi bastano i caratteri!

The dough is light, easy to digest, and perfectly crafted, with that touch that makes each pizza unique and fragrant. The experience is completed by the kindness of the staff, always available and smiling, who make guests feel at ease from start to finish. 27/08/2025: I went last night with my dog, I ate a good pizza and drank a beer, the service was efficient, the staff was courteous while I was taking selfies, the pizza chef was looking at me, who knows what he thought, 🤣🤣🤣 nice, clean, quiet place, recommended

18/06/2025: Had the bacon and eggs. Eggs were only offered one way (sunny side up) but we're prepared well. Bacon was ok - if you prefer crispy bacon you will be disappointed. Overall it was nice if you want something other than just a pastry and want some protein with your breakfast. Good value for the price.

08/09/2025: Classic frozen pizza. I'm giving it only one star because I have no other options. It's just convenient because it's inside the mall, that's all. The staff is very arrogant, obviously. This is my experience.

15/08/2025: If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. Terrible service, terrible food, and a nerve-wracking wait. For every order, we'd call them and they'd say there was nothing left to serve, when there were still so many dishes to arrive. Terrible experience, never again!!

15/08/2025: Terrible experience! Terrible service, dishes never arriving, an endless wait for just one dish. We ordered 10 dishes, and only one of them arrived. When we asked for an explanation, their response was, "There's nothing left for you." NEVER AGAIN

20/04/2025: Let's start by saying that I clicked a star, because there was no 0 star option. Now let's get to the point: We arrived at the "pizzeria" at 9pm, after several interminable minutes of simply paying for our orders, we go outside to wait for the pizzas to be prepared. 11.10pm came and we were still waiting for our pizzas which had yet to be BAKED, after another 15 minutes our pizzas finally arrived. And after the wait they tell us that we had to pay the difference in the cover charge, since we were sitting there because we were tired after waiting 2 hours. And finally, we had to get up to get the pizzas, because evidently they couldn't be bothered to bring them to us. I do not recommend, I will never return.

22/04/2025: The organization was responsible for the "Pasquetta Selvatica" event on 04.21.2025 in Bosco Selvatico. The idea was excellent, but after paying €8 on the online presale and €3 for parking, we found ourselves with terrible management: without being able to eat or make decent use of the bathrooms given the endless queues. Wanting to exploit the hype without placing sensible limits on the influx of people caused general discontent and great frustration. I'm sorry for the initiative but in my opinion it can only cause mistrust and a feeling of having been taken for a ride.

22/04/2025: alternative place to the usual places, furnished with vintage pop, where you can eat or just drink something comfortably relaxed on a sofa. There are also board games for adults and children. Craft beers and local products, all delicious. Great kindness and courtesy of the staff. Highly recommended if you are in Putignano or the surrounding area.
