01/07/2025: Small but cozy place. Nice products but no special mentions. Great for a coffee on the go. A more cheerful service would be appreciated.

20/11/2025: A hidden gem, but worth a visit for the delicacies they prepare and the stunning location overlooking the sea. The owner, Mr. Onofrio, is very friendly, as is all his staff, but the best and most important thing is enjoying what he offers, such as the fish chops, which I've never had before but are exceptional, part of the appetizer, and the carefully prepared first courses, all made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it and suggest you let Mr. Onofrio help you choose what to order, as we did. Congratulations to everyone, and see you next time.

01/11/2025: Elegant and clean restaurant with a seafront terrace. We ordered Catalan-style shrimp appetizer, a trio of raw fish, spaghetti with clams and bottarga, and paccheri with scampi and stracciata. Dessert was a coffee treat, reasonably priced. The fish was incredibly fresh.

27/12/2025: We had a wonderful three hour lunch at Il Grottone. The fresh seafood platter and the prawn tartare were superb. We ordered two type of seafood pasta, both amazing. Followed by a seabream with grilled vegetables. We couldn't stop eating, so we also ordered a grilled octopus. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!!

21/08/2025: I posted this review three years ago, but it never got published. I hope it gets published now. HOW TO RUIN A SATURDAY NIGHT BECAUSE OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!! If I could give it zero stars, I would have gladly done so, but unfortunately, Google won't let me. Brief summary: It's Saturday, June 18, 2022, and we're celebrating a friend's birthday. First, we decide to have dinner in Bari's city center and take a walking tour, then go to this place to dance. Unfortunately, I'm on call at work; I'm a nurse, once considered a hero, but after this anecdote, I think the more appropriate term is inept, not hero. Moral of the story: My friends head to this place to celebrate because they had booked the table and the kits, which I had also paid for. We say goodbye, saying that if I finished early, I'd join them. Luckily, I finish at 1:00 PM, and after 20 minutes, I'm already out of the place. But a rude couple at the entrance, a man (a bouncer) and a rather grumpy woman, rudely ask me to leave, punctuated by gratuitous insults. My explanations about why I was there, why I had to get in, and why I was late are useless. In future, I urge you to have the entrance guarded by more competent, but above all, more polite, and more humane people. I will certainly share my Dantesque-like experience with anyone who suggests a dance club to me in the future, so I can avoid yours. Best regards!

29/11/2025: I'm sorry to have to leave this review, but if the owners read it, I hope they see it as a starting point for improvement. For some time now, we've considered it one of the best in Bari, ousting other safe havens that were a guarantee for us, and we've even recommended it to friends and family, but the last two dinners have been truly disappointing. The quality of the food and the workmanship has deteriorated, the fish is of questionable freshness, and the rice falls apart. The portions are also smaller and presented in a sloppy manner, with less care than before. I'm very sorry, but we'll have to find another place if the situation doesn't change. Update as of today, 29/22/2025: After a few months, we returned to give it another try and found some improvements, so we're returning from time to time. 😊

08/01/2026: Finally, a pizzeria that really means business! Al Tempo Giusto is simply extraordinary. The dough is light, perfectly leavened, and with that high, fluffy crust that lets you know you're eating an authentic Neapolitan pizza. The ingredients are top-quality—you can taste it in every bite. The tomato sauce is sweet and fragrant, the mozzarella melts in your mouth, and the fresh basil tops it all off perfectly. The service is warm and professional, making you feel right at home. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the aroma of the wood-fired oven envelops you as soon as you enter. If you're looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza in Valenzano, look no further. Al Tempo Giusto is the place to go! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

12/11/2025: Strange place. You order and pay before you even eat. Plastic cutlery and cups. Pizza in a box as if it were takeout, but we didn't pay a cover charge. The pizza was thin and small, but tasty and good.

20/09/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were impressed by the service and the excellent quality of the seafood. Highly recommended.

07/12/2025: Very welcoming place. I've been there for dinner several times and have always had a great time. Everything is delicious. :) I've also had their home delivery service, and it was very efficient... recommended.

23/11/2025: This disgusting pizzeria only cares about money. It was supposed to bring us the pizzas at 11pm, but at 11:30pm they still hadn't arrived. We decided to call and found out that they had the wrong number and therefore no one was answering their calls. If we had wanted the pizzas, they would have had to remake them and we would have had to pay more. Shame on you! We found ourselves having to think of another type of dinner for the whole family at 11:30pm.

10/11/2025: Excellent pizzeria restaurant. I went there for lunch on the feast of San Trifone! I ate very well, and there was a fixed menu for €25, which included an Italian-style appetizer (olives, bruschetta, and fruit), an excellent first course (delicious baked lasagna), a second course (an excellent braciola with potatoes), and a decaf coffee to finish... I went there on the feast of San Trifone!

15/10/2025: An excellent place to enjoy both a traditional dish and a good pizza. Friendly service, a welcoming, unpretentious atmosphere, and a family atmosphere.

03/01/2026: Excellent place, truly fantastic. I can't wait to go back; she was a one-of-a-kind expert and I have to say I can't wait to go back. The service was super helpful and friendly, and the sandwiches and drinks were out of this world. I highly recommend it.

22/02/2026: Raw pizza and an inexperienced pizza chef! I ordered a Ciccio and it arrived soggy and wet. A CICCIO SHOULD BE CRISPY, NOT RAW AND SOFT. The other pizzas were poor quality!
