26/08/2025: Oh, this place is a hidden gem. If you are in Bari, I highly recommend this place for breakfast. You can find the normal sweet tooth favorite, cornetto and the secret menu is the scrambled eggs 🙌 the cappuccino gives the right hit in the morning 😝

23/08/2025: It was first time I ate disgusting tiramisu in Italy, it was iced and then they warmed it in microwave and it was melting. The waiter and the lady at the bar were screaming at us. Not recommend.

21/10/2025: The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and thankfully so!!! The hotel is so sad... Everything is cold and dark. Is it because it's autumn? The rooms have minimal amenities for a 4-star hotel. Not even a kettle to make tea, which you'll have to ask for at the bar and pay for. Yes, it really is a bar, this empty and dark place; you just have to ask at reception, who will then come and serve you. Let's talk a little about the soundproofing; no need to strain your ears, you'll be able to participate in the conversations in the adjoining rooms as if you were there. You'd think the walls were made of cardboard... Breakfast is a disaster, there's nothing... ask for bread, and you'll have to wait 10 minutes, the same goes for the croissants, which are displayed in groups of three, not one more for the entire room. There are lots of cakes, stale, since they're brought out every day until they run out. On the positive side, the restaurant is very good and excellent value for money. The bedding is also very good and everything is clean. Very few positive elements for this hotel which is hardly worth more than 2 stars. Thank you to all the staff for their welcome, smiles and kindness. They all deserve credit for working in such a sad place. Luckily there are a few cats outside who brighten up this place...

15/10/2025: Friendly and helpful staff. Just steps from the caves but far from the center. We were able to enjoy the spa area exclusively; it was small but perfect for relaxing. The rooms could use a makeover. Overall, we had a great weekend.

22/08/2025: Really good kebab and very reasonable prices. I recommend both the pitas and the Panini kebabs. I don't recommend the fried foods, even though they're always freshly made, because you can always taste the old oil. You can eat in or take out. A tip for friends from the north: absolutely try it, because this is a truly tasty kebab (trust me, someone who travels around Italy for work). For the truly adventurous, try the half-meter version, a 1.5kg kebab you can devour, at a truly amazing price. 😁

11/06/2025: Ho ordinato su just eat, l'app dice che nel panino a 5€ sono incluse sia le patatine che la bibita. Chiamo per chiedere informazioni e non capiscono nulla poi iniziano ad alzarmi il prezzo del panino prima a 6,50 poi a 7 e 50 all'arrivo (dopo 2 ore tra l'altro e di altre chiamate incomprensibili con ridposte qrroganti). Ridato l'ordine al rider e rimasto a digiuno poiché era tutto chiuso all'1 di notte.

18/10/2025: -Excessive wait for a table previously reserved by the customer; -Poor staff organization (waiters and cashier); -Excessive wait times both to place an order and for the order to arrive, considering that we waited 1.5 hours for just 2 Margherita pizzas (without having ordered appetizers first); -Excessively high temperatures inside the dining room (stifling air); -We find it absurd that a pizzeria is out of stock with 0.5L water, thus forcing customers to order 1L. -Furthermore, we found the waiters' manners to be in terrible taste, particularly one who insistently commented on the delay in the pizzas' arrival without doing anything concrete to remedy the situation or apologize.

13/11/2025: Welcoming place, fairly adequate service. Decent coffee shop. Fragrant pastries, but chemically flavored, crispy pastry. Extremely dry croissant (old, or hopefully just undercooked). Average price. Receipt not received.

23/08/2025: I went to have breakfast... I asked for an espresso and a croissant. There was no one in the bar... the barista thought I wouldn't notice, so she heated the milk, put it in the glass, and stained it with the coffee she had aside. I said, "Excuse me, I didn't hear the sound of the coffee machine arm when it's making..." He said, "No." I had just made it for myself... we all know how to make espresso. After paying, I didn't drink, and I told him, "Drink it, don't make fun of me." I acted like a gentleman and left. "Shame on you... after what it costs."

16/11/2025: A truly disappointing experience, in every way. Despite having made a reservation, they seated us outside without having specified it on the phone. When we asked for a table inside, we were told we could only stay for an hour. In the end, even if we stayed outside, they still made us get up after an hour. Furthermore, the croccantelle included in the aperitivo menu were obviously old.
