27/04/2025: I have ordered twice from this place via Just Eat. The first time I ordered a poke with extra mango added (for which I paid an additional €0.50), but the poke arrived without mango. As for the second time, I would be curious to know why the "salmon tartare" in my scialatielli was cooked salmon. I had also consulted the photos here on Google Maps in advance, where the pasta dish is actually faithful to the description on the menu. Little attention and little respect for the customer, too bad... Addition: Thanks for the reply, but the distance was only 5/6km (Putignano-Castellana). In any case I believe that, when you are not able to guarantee good service, it is better to be aware of it and not offer it at all (obviously I am referring exclusively to deliveries, having had problems with those and having never personally been to your restaurant). 17/08/2025: I spent €2,700 and loaded the purchase onto my card (visible on the receipt). I don't know why the points weren't added due to a technical issue. Customer service responded that, unfortunately, there's nothing they can do. No suggestions or alternative solutions.

11/08/2025: The review concerns the SMALAND for children, my 8 year old son was 1 cm taller than 140 cm with shoes, the problem is that he is 138 cm tall, logically without shoes and inside it you can only enter with socks, so he fell within the maximum height allowed. I did not create controversy because people's intelligence cannot be modified, but I put a review, maybe they learn to do their job, given that they are in contact with children.

19/04/2025: Terrible experience! Even though I had booked the product to purchase, the product was not yet ready at the time of purchase. He invited us to stop by near closing time (45 minutes later) but even on this occasion the product was not salable. In addition to the lack of availability on a possible solution (proposing us to come back later giving more time) the lady with a grumpy attitude was keen to point out that they were closing. Absolutely not reliable at all. Not to be recommended.

15/04/2025: We had breakfast provided here as part of our accommodation. Very pleasant place, nice service, tea and cappuccino to order, wide selection of food. We could have had breakfast a little earlier on the last day, and we would have caught the train to Bari.

15/06/2025: One star only because you can't leave a zero-star review. Riva is a disgusting place, staff sleeps standing up, out of control costs, no appetizers, glass of wine served warm "because the fridge was off". If they manage to get to mid-July this time they should thank all the saints
